Gradevole soggiorno. Migliorabile con qualche accortezza in più.
Pros:

Colazione nella norma, avrei gradito spremuta di arancia in sostituzione del più comune succo. In camera non era presente un bollitore, ma il personale di servizio la sera alla reception è stato molto disponibile a preparare una tisana per favorire il rilassamento a fine giornata. Cortesia molto apprezzata!

Cons:

La pioggia eccezionale nei giorni di permanenza ha reso inagibile una parte della sala colazione. La musica diffusa nei corridoi raghiungeva anche la camera nella quale ho soggiornato.

Pros:

Atención de Federica fue excelente, mi madre llegó mal de salud, nos ayudó a conseguir un médico, en todo momento nos brindó el mejor servicio, al igual que un señor de la guardia nocturna. Desayuno excelente y el personal de cocina muy atenta.

Cons:

Personal de limpieza tiro a la basura una caja donde transporto los medicamentos, lo había dejado en el escritorio. Eso me fastidió porque no reconocieron el error. Recepción tampoco ayudó a conseguir uno nuevo siendo error de personal de limpieza.

Cons:

Zimmer war sauber. Bett mit Molton nicht zufriedenstellend.
Badzimmerheizkörper lief nicht - trotz Reklamation. Für den Bezug mussten wir bis 14.30 warten und das Zimmer war ungenügend warm.
Morgenessen minimal und man wollte für einen frischen Orangensaft Zusatzentschädigung.

La posizione è eccezionale e la struttura è molto bella

Il personale non è esattamente come la struttura.....anche a colazione la quantità dei prodotti e la qualità lascia molto a desiderare soprattutto se fai colazione dopo le 7,30
