大浴場のシャンプーが補充されておらず出てこなかったのと、ボトルのポンプが押したまま戻ってこず毎回戻さなければいけないのが不便だった。その他はとてもよかったです。

東京や横浜に用事がある時はいつも赤羽ホリックホテルを利用しております！駅近ですし、周りにはご飯屋さんなど沢山あって、便利です！客室もいつも綺麗でトイレとシャワーが別なのが嬉しいです！朝ごはんのバイキングもいつも美味しくいただいております！

朝食の紅茶やお茶類の賞味期限が切れていたのが残念でした。
朝食の際後から来た外国人の方がお食事中のカードを勝手に移動されていて困りました。
移動して頂きましたがホテルの方が管理してくれると良い。
大浴場にて外国人の方が水着着用で入浴していたのがびっくりしました。
日本のルールを説明出来るといいですね。

At first, we thought the hotel looked pretty good based on the online reviews, but the moment we arrived, we realized it wasn’t the kind of place we wanted to stay.

When we got to the floor where the rooms were, we noticed the environment was very dim — so dark that you couldn't even see someone standing around the corner.

Then there was the hygiene issue inside the hotel room. On the first night, our legs were really itchy while sleeping. Before going to bed on the second night, we took a closer look at the bed and the duvet cover, and we found bloodstains on the edge of the duvet. Those were not our bloodstains.

The overall atmosphere of the room was also very gloomy, and discovering bloodstains on the duvet made it downright creepy.

In the end, we couldn’t stand it anymore and decided to check out and switch to another hotel.
