Cons:

A lot of homeless in the area. Walked at night and don't recommend walking through the camp with children. If you have a car or Uber even better

Very Basic but clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Relatively quiet which is good for a busy street on one side and the freeway on the other.

Cons:

No in room coffee. Furniture was pretty beat up making it look unclean but I think the place was pretty clean. Cigarette burn hole in the sheets was a bit off putting. Staff was very nice.

Wonderful and kind people that run the motel
Pros:

Always very friendly and kind people that run the motel. I enjoy coming back here and staying every time. Will book again in the future. Wonderful location very peaceful Buddhist temple down the Rd so it's perfect for me!

THEY ARE SO SWEET!
Pros:

KREATION JUICE IS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY.
THEY GIVE COMPLIMENTARY JUICE, TEA & CANDY.
COFFEE FOR BREKFAST.
THEY'RE EXTREMELY NICE.
VERY CLEAN BATHTUBS, SO YOURE NOT SCARED TO TAKE A RELAXING BATH.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Visti i prezzi di Los Angeles, le zone piene di homeless e i tipi di strutture a giro è stata sicuramente la migliore scelta per qualità/prezzo.
Sei molto vicino alle attrazioni, la zona è abbastanza tranquilla anche la sera (noi siamo tornati sempre in macchina e c’è il parcheggio dell’hotel a 10$ al giorno, quando ce ne sono molti altri che lo mettono a 20-30$ al giorno…).
Noi abbiamo dormito al secondo piano e la camera era pulita, ampia e spaziosa, anche il soffitto era alto (difficile da trovare in America).
Thè, caffè e alcuni succhi di frutta presenti alla reception gratuitamente.

Cons:

La cauzione è di 120$, noi li abbiamo dati in contanti e non ci è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta (anche se l’abbiamo chiesta, ci è stato detto che non importava).
Al momento del check-out ci hanno reso 100$, li abbiamo detto che mancavano 20$ e loro hanno detto che invece ne avevamo dati 100, poi abbiamo insistito, hanno fatto un po’ finta di controllare e poi ce li hanno resi tutti 120…
Magari è stata una svista ma sembrava più una furbata…(bastava una ricevuta e sarebbe stato tutto semplice e veloce…)
