Fusion Original Saigon Centre is located on the ground floor of Saigon Centre. The easiest way to find us is entering the Pasteur entrance then turn your right. We are opposite to Marc Jacob store.

Guests need to bring their physical credit card which payment has been done and show it upon check-in. Otherwise, hotel will charge again with a new card upon arrival and cancel pre-payment.

The credit card holder must be the staying guest.

All visitor(s) is/are required to be registered with the valid IDs/passports at the Front Desk and are only permitted in guest rooms, following registration, between 08:00 and 22:00. Any visitor(s) must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. In case the guest reservation does not contain details of visitor name or any note referring to the same, an additional room booking is required after 22:00.

Guests are required to present a physical ID/ Driver’s License or Passport for Vietnamese guests, and a Passport for foreign guests upon arrival.

The sum of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in as a guarantee for any incidental charges, and shall be refunded upon check-out after balancing all expenses incurred throughout your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Want to share how happy I was each morning to not just have a great breakfast, with just about anything you could ask for, but how amazing, kind, helpful, and even funny the breakfast staff treated me! While they all were great, I especially want to mention both Ms Ngoc and Ms Vi. They treated me like I was family, and that made breakfast so much more enjoyable.

・下に高島屋があるので困ることがなかった
・スタッフさんがみなさん親切
・ルームサービスも頼める(そこまで高くない)
・各階にパントリーがあり紅茶やカフェラテ、コーヒーが飲み放題。また、バナナなどの果物も置いてあって自由に食べれてとても便利だった。

Cons:

シャワールームにカーテン等が全くなく、戸惑いました。どうしてもフロアが濡れてしまうので、何とか改善して欲しい。

Pros:

We stayed in the same room type 1 year ago. They have added more bellboys to assist with the luggage which is a plus as compared to last year. What we like about the hotel is the location. It is located inside Saigon Centre, which means there are so many shopping and food option. It's very convenient when you are travelling with young kids.

Cons:

The room is very cluttered as usual. There are too many pillows provided and we need to shift a large portion of it on the floor to be able to use the sofa in the living room. The furniture are also too big and cluttered. There is just not enough luggage space for a family of 4. The staff at the breakfast area can be quite rude. My husband tried to get a napkin from the next table for my son, but a staff member abruptly snatched it out of his hands. She should have communicated better.

Отличный отель. Очень приятный отель в хорошем месте. Все, что надо для шоппинга, находится в пешей доступности. Красивые номера. Но отдельно хочу отметить кухню, которая выше всяких похвал. Были очень приятно удивлены. Отдельное благодарность официанту Hieu. Однозначно рекомендую.

Pros:

The location was excellent, with major attractions (e.g. Opera House), shopping and eateries within walking distance. Situated above a mall is also a great advantage in view of the hot weather. Staff were also very helpful and attentive, right from check-in to check-out, and they see to it that we safely board the grab to the airport.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps just add one more dustbin below the bathroom sink.

Really Fantastic
Pros:

Fabulous location - so central. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with brilliant views on the 23rd floor- would definitely stay here again. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Staff were always very helpful and friendly.
