Fusion Original Saigon Centre is located on the ground floor of Saigon Centre. The easiest way to find us is entering the Pasteur entrance then turn your right. We are opposite to Marc Jacob store.

Guests need to bring their physical credit card which payment has been done and show it upon check-in. Otherwise, hotel will charge again with a new card upon arrival and cancel pre-payment.

The credit card holder must be the staying guest.

All visitor(s) is/are required to be registered with the valid IDs/passports at the Front Desk and are only permitted in guest rooms, following registration, between 08:00 and 22:00. Any visitor(s) must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. In case the guest reservation does not contain details of visitor name or any note referring to the same, an additional room booking is required after 22:00.

Guests are required to present a physical ID/ Driver’s License or Passport for Vietnamese guests, and a Passport for foreign guests upon arrival.

The sum of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in as a guarantee for any incidental charges, and shall be refunded upon check-out after balancing all expenses incurred throughout your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The smell of the room was bad. No fresh air at all. The beds small. The lighting in the room not enough. No pool bar and the stuff in the towel desk not kind at all. The breakfast very poor for 5 star hotel.

Tolles Design, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Toller Pool!

Cons:

Früher konnte man das große Gym im Shopping Centre benutzen, das hat anscheinend geschlossen. Das Gym im Haus ist klein und relativ bescheiden ausgestattet.

El hotel está dentro de un centro comercial, no lo indican bien y luego no está nada bien señalado en la entrada del centro comercial lo que hace q te cueste llegar, resumen; no es fácil de localizar

Très central, pratique pour faire les achats et les sorties le soir. Personnel serviable, configuration de chambre très pratique pour les familles

Seul reproche s’il en faut un - les vitres extérieurs ne sont pas lavés donc la vue panoramique est un peu gâchée

Excellent location, staff were excellent- obliging and helpful, property is mostly well maintained, cleaned well. As a family with young child the room and property was great for us, including the pool which is sufficient for the property but lounges can get busy on a clear afternoon.

Cons:

The location was hard to find a first as the drop off is crowded by people at the front waiting for taxi/grab rides. It can be quite chaotic with lots of people as it’s the front of the Saigon Centre shopping plaza pick up area, and also the traffic is quite heavy trying to get into the drop off area. The pool is shared with another report and the facilities & walk way there are a bit confusing & dirty.

Fusion Original Saigon Centre provided one of the best city hotel experiences we've had
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and check-out was just as seamless. Our flight wasn't until 10 hours after check-out, and the team kindly allowed us to continue using the hotel's facilities, which was greatly appreciated.

The two-bedroom suite was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the entire suite was beautifully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary minibar and well-stocked pantry were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, the service and accommodation exceeded our expectations, and this will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

Cons:

There wasn't a great deal to dislike. The Wi-Fi and TV connection could occasionally be unreliable and would sometimes drop out, although this was only a minor inconvenience and in no way diminished our overall enjoyment of the stay. We also found the pool food and beverage menu to be a little limited. The quality of the food and drinks was very good, but a wider selection would have been welcome. These are relatively minor points, and neither would discourage us from staying here again.
