Fusion Original Saigon Centre

Staff were friendly, room was clean and the location was perfect, however the lifts were very slow and the facilities were shared which we didn’t like.

Stand out for this hotel were the staff. Helpful in all respects. Position of the hotel in a shopping centre seems strange at first, but to be honest the location was awesome in the middle of district 1, but also the options for eating and shopping.

This property inside a shopping mall, noisy and heavy traffic. Very limited if lights, room too dark. Room layout looked Modern, very nice ans comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast not too many option of food. Staffs overall very nice and friendly. If you stay at this location you will need expect delay taxi due to very busy location.

Family of 5 in the 2-room suite. Very comfortable and modern room. Great facilities.
Kids loved the pool area. Gym was great for the adults. Shopping and food options are too many to list. We loved our stay at Fusion Original and plan to be back.

Great location! Inside a high end mall. Near food and markets. Easy access to entrance for Grab. Appreciated the supply of water every day n the availability of cookies coffee n fruits at the pantry on the floor. Staff we met were friendly and courteous.

Perfect staycation, would return.

Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there were lots of shady looking bars nearby, which were not good for families with children.

the htl manager give us , birthday surprise for my husband . they give ballons with heart shape on the bed and give two complimentary drink in their Miss Thu rest with beautiful sky view . the location of the hotel best inside mall saigon central and opposite saigon square and walk 5 mnt to ben than market. we book many famous rest and delicious all we can walk only 5 to 7 minutes from htl. i will come back again to this htl.

Location

The hotel is great, room is clean and very well maintained, the only minor issue is that the hotel is inside Takashimaya and Saigon Centre with multiple exits, hence, it is quite confusing to locate drivers at the correct exit especially with the busy traffic. Got to be specific about Pasteur gate exit. We otherwise loved our stay,

The hotel location is good. But a people check room when i check out not good . Lucky i check out already and i not go yet because i still in a lobby and waiting my friend came pick up me and have a staff come ask me where a Hair Dryer they can't find . I tell them i put inside bathroom same before they put and they come to check and they got it but didn't say sorry with me . I don't have times to talk with them because my friend came in . I never stay this hotel again 5 star hotel but a staff not professional

Definitely the worse experience by far I ever had in Vietnam where we were ask to paid an extra $2000000vnd for my daughter age 8 years old to be staying with us in the same room and also after check in horrible experience the hotel does not have shampoo body wash and conditioner in the bathroom had to wait an extra 30 mins to get it refill
We won’t happy with the extra charge where we had to paid extra for our daughter to be staying in the same room we ask to speak to the manager which we still havent got back to yet
We stays at many many hotels before where we never had to paid extra for our daughter !
Definitely never would recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel located inside a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient.

Perfect room in a perfect location. The room was spacious and the decor of the hotel was unreal. Loved the robes and slippers great to have something different to normal white!! The rooftop pool was fantastic with perfect views over Ho Chi Minh. We highly recommend.

Great location

We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. It was fabulous - clean, spacious and well provided for. Breakfast on the second morning was fabulous once we had told them we were vegetarian and needed alittle bit more hot food - they remembered and Vy in particular was excellent - his English was very good and very attentive. Excellent staff and fantastic location to be in district 1. Just a note - the hotel entrance is inside the mall so you have to get dropped off at the pasta entrance and then with your bags you have to walk to the hotel lobby.

Location is so convenient, all kinds of shopping, shops nearby, easily to access everything.
