Все было отлично.
Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал. Удобная лакация. Чистый комнаты. Хороший завтрак. Рядом могазин и много рестаранов на любой вкус.

Nix hat mir gefallen

Cons:

Alles hat mir nicht gefallen, sehr unhygienisch viel zu alt, in der Wand hatte ich ein Kratzen die ganze Zeit, als wenn ein Tier darin gewesen war, alles riecht nach Zigarettenrauch. Ich bin voll unzufrieden gewesen. Ich musste sogar das Hotel wechseln.

Ich bin krank aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen!

Das Zimmer sah gut aus und der Balkon hatte eine nette Aussicht.

Cons:

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer hat so extrem nach Chemie gestunken, dass ich davon krank geworden bin. Als ich das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, sagte man mir, man würde nichts riechen. Mehr kam nicht - nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Dieser Geruch war so intensiv, dass ich mit einem Hautausschlag und geröteten Augen sowie starkem Husten zurückgekehrt bin.
Zudem war mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Toilette habe ich selbst sauber gemacht und es lagen noch alte Handtücher in meinem Badezimmer, das zudem unter Wasser stand.
Es wird zwar angegeben, die Zimmer seien Schallundurchlässig aber dem ist nicht so! Ich habe mich mit anderen Gästen ausgetauscht, die mir mitteilten, sogar gehört zu haben, wenn ich in meinem Zimmer (drei Zimmer weiter) telefoniert habe. Zudem waren die Nächte extrem unruhig. Auf den Fluren wurde extrem laut geschrien. Jede Nacht bin ich erst gegen 4 Uhr morgens deswegen eingeschlafen. Auch hier trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden keine Reaktion des Personals. Die Unterkunft war eine einzige Zumutung und hat meinen Aufenthalt in Istanbul extrem verschlechtert.

The location is good, easy to get to. Younger male staff is very helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast would have been nicer if the meat and eggs where cooked. Veggie and fruits where cut very big.

Younger staff are over worked, their there all the time. One of the younger male staff is very helpful and nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that my bedding was not changed even though there's was stains on it from having food dropped on it. There was no chair to us the table.
Floors wherent cleaned offered of the room.
