Pros:

Excelente servicio, muy cómodo y muy buena ubicación. Además el hotel mantiene mucho el estilo de cuando inició, con todo de madera. Había varias personas que hablaban español, siempre atentos en guiar y ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos

Every member of staff was so welcoming & friendly, they could not have done more for us. Room was very clean and house keeping came every day. Breakfast was very good. Great location for what we wanted.

Hotel Europa Residence - Brilliant
Pros:

We went to Asiago to watch the ice hockey world championships- having never been to Italy before we booked this hotel for its location and the reviews previously given. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and all you need to set you up for the day.
The hotel helped us with our airport transfer home. It’s is a very close family who own the hotel and you could tell making sure their customers were happy was a priority to them

There are unlimited options in asiago, but it was clean. Breakfast was very delicious and is right in middle of shopping. The staff was very attentive.
