Muy bien en general.
Pros:

En general muy bien, el restaurante muy bueno, la ubicación y el servicio también.

El cuarto y el baño tenían mal olor.

Muy buena la atención del personal

Cons:

El estacionamiento está muy lejos del hotel, y me parece inseguro, la ropa de cama un poco sucia, y en nuestra estancia no pudimos conectarnos a wifi en nuestra habitacion, por lo tanto no teníamos servicio de televisión.

Estancia cómoda en el centro de Bernal

Cons:

El estacionamiento está en otro lado del hotel y por lo tanto alguien te tiene que acompañar, creo que eso te quita un poco de autonomía. Aunque eso sí, siempre muy amables

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal es amable.
Aunque tiene varias áreas de oportunidad, que son muy sencillas de resolver.

Cons:

El ruido del exterior en la noche se percibe bastante, ya que hay un bar a un lado que tiene la música muy alta hasta tarde. Y en la mañana (muy temprano) en la terraza del hotel se escucha cómo recorren las mesas y sillas del restaurante, lo que hace que el poder descansar adecuadamente se dificulte.
El teléfono no funcionaba, por lo cual había que bajar a recepción a solicitar lo que se necesitaba en la habitación.
La lámpara no funcionaba.
Hay poco personal; por ejemplo, el encargado de front desk, es el mismo que ayuda a bajar las maletas y quien te lleva a dejar el vehículo al estacionamiento a dos cuadras del hotel, por lo cual hay que esperar en recepción junto con otros huéspedes para hacer el check in y es una recepción muy pequeña con pocos espacios disponibles para sentarse a esperar a que el encargado regrese a hacer el registro.

Muy agradable el hotel, con muy buena calidad en los alimentos y un excelente trato de las personas que ahí trabajan

Cons:

Solo el detalle del baño de la habitación no. 3 que requiere de una salida de ventilación.

Centrico, buen servicio por parte del personal y muy limpio el lugar

Cons:

Nos quedamos sin energia electrica por unas hras. pero se arreglo sin problema. de igual manera el agua en las regaderas salia el minimo y fue tardado bañarse. el ruido de los bares, pero es entendible por la hubicacion.

El trato muy amables todos, muy atentos a lo que necesitamos. Limpias las habitaciones, céntrico el hotel. Todo muy accesible

Cons:

El elevador no servía, hablamos antes porque llevábamos personas de la tercera edad y nos dijeron que si había elevador, finalmente no servía. Nos ubicaron en una habitación en planta baja pero las camas son muy altas y era complicado subir a nuestro familiar, muy amables nos consiguieron una rampa. Pero nuestro familiar no pudo subir al restaurante por que no sirvió el elevador.

It was a great experience Hotel staff very helpfull Etson at front desk was able to provide information about places to visit, transpotantion and more, the night guard woke up early to open the door we arrived around 6am, excellent Restaurant Milo's we had a great dinner Grilled Octopus, Salmon Carpaccio, room service good and let's not forget the lady that cleans the room She is Amazing, steps from Plaza, restaurants and a great view of La Pen̈a. The next time we go back to Bernal Hotel Real de la Pen̈a will be my #1 Hotel
