Nice hotel. Staff needs to be more friendly to white english speaking clients.

Nice place

The property was nice and modern. The customer service was horrible, esp in the restaurant. The water in the room was not turned on when we got there, we had to wait a few hours. They only gave us one towel per room, we got 3 rooms for 9 people and were only given 3 towels. The restaurant/bar did not serve wine.., they said they were waiting for delivery , when delivery came they still did not serve alcohol.
The pool was nice and refreshing.

Terrible!!! There was a rat in my room , I had to have them change my room. No hot water at the hotel , no towels, very poor bath soap! Staff look like they don’t want to be at work! Pls do not stay!!! The surrounding area is so rural! Pls do not go to this hotel

Great dinner and breakfast

Good for the price. No AC but the weather was cool outside so it wasn't so hot in the room. There was a ceiling fan and a floor fan.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and the price is excellent! I will definitely stay there again.

Je nais meme pas tester une nuit la…la chambre avait une puanteur de mope sale en plus il dit air climatisé et mensonge il ont juste des ventilateurs…la piscine eau était opac et sale…et peut de choix pour manger…j’ai fait une demande de remboursement que j’attend encore

At no point during the reservation was I made aware that the room I reserved had no air conditioner and if wanted one with air conditioner there was a $25 additional charge!

Gorgeous rooms, delicious breakfast and a nice pool area to lounge and swim in. I booked near the beach hoping to walk around but there were signs saying it was too polluted to swim, not the hotels fault, but FYI. It is a bit out of the way to get to things around Managua, but taxis have an easy way to find the place.

All good but now AC.

Las habitaciones necesitan aíre condicionado porque se pone caliente en el día. Es limpio pero básico. El desayuno y la cena incluidos son buenos beneficios. En general, es una buena opción.

They gave me a room with a fan for the price that shows on hotels.com fyi

Todo hubiera sido perfecto si el colchon fuera un poco decente, estaba espantosamente malo

A lot of construction work going on around hotel.
Not sure about some charges but I will check back with Expedia about those.
