We loved our stay in this beautiful, historic hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful, large rooms, very clean, new fixtures, linens, etc. Double-pane/insolated windows ensured that we weren't disturbed by street noise. The staff was especially friendly and professional. We'll definitely stay here again!

Best little boutique hotel!
Pros:

The location was great and easy to get to from the major routes. The food was good with what we thought were large portions.

The rooms were very clean and very spacious and QUIET; considering where we came from in Nashville, TN it was very noisy.

Also, the converted building into a boutique hotel reminded us A LOT of Europe.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect

If hotel Roanoke isn’t available or in budget, this one is right there.
Pros:

Great walking location for the rest of downtown. Beautiful refurbed bank. The lobby is gorgeous. Rooms nice and sizable. Beds great.

Cons:

The breakfast menu a little limited.

Probably wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location was great! Comfortable bed. Nice size refrigerator. Clean room.

Cons:

Room could use more seating. Bath gel was never refilled. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Check in staff was great but other 2 ladies were not friendly and little tough to talk with.Parking, while inexpensive was a block away.

Another great stay at Liberty Trust
Pros:

Unbeatable downtown Roanoke location, clean, modern, the Vault is wonderful, close to activities, shopping and cultural experiences. If you want big, try Hotel Roanoke, if you want first class accomodations and service, it's Liberty Trust all day.

Pros:

The Liberty Trust is the only place we stay in Roanoke. The customer service is top notch. The rooms are comfortable and meticulously clean. The location is excellent for taking advantage of all the amenities of downtown Roanoke include fine dining and shopping. Safe location with lots to walk to. Coffee maker and tea kettle make the rooms so homey. We can't wait for our next stay! Thanks for an absolutely lovely hotel and experience.

A unique hotel experience–a beautiful old bank upgraded into a swanky hotel
Pros:

Situated in an former bank, the hotel preserves many of the elegant features of the bank, with well-thought upgrades. Our room was large and attractive, with huge windows and a spectacular view of Roanoke and the mountains and a great bathroom. Well situated: only a block from the Amtrak station, and in the midst of a thriving restaurant/bar scene, but any noise was completely blocked in the room. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay at a historic hotel
Pros:

Nice historic hotel. Just a few minutes from the train station and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was great...clean and comfortable. Felt safe with a key card entry after 10pm. It met all my needs for an overnight stay.

Lovely little hotel
Pros:

I love this charming small hotel. I stayed in a top-level corner room that was fantastic. It was a spacious room with a stunning view of the city and river through large windows on all sides. I'm still dreaming about the comfort of the bed, and the breakfast was delicious, although a bit slow since only one person was working. I would definitely return here again.

Amazing staff, wonderfully unique property, easy parking, and walkable access to Roanoke.
Pros:

The staff were just amazing. From the moment I pulled up at the curb to the moment I departed, everyone went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. The property is SO unique, and in a great location for visiting Roanoke. Everything I wanted to do was within easy walking distance. I had been nervous about the parking based on the description but it was easy peasy and I could see my parked car from my hotel room, which gave me peace of mind. I would 100% stay here again. It is worth coming here just to see the super cool doors to the rooms!

Pros:

Such a unique building in an old bank, fantastic location. Room was so spacious and beautifully set up. Amazing value for money.

Cons:

Slightly noisy at night. Music blasting from some building close by but I’m not sure if it was just a one off, and the pros far outweighed this one con.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Liberty Trust is located right in the heart of downtown Roanoke. Perfectly placed. Charming old repurposed bank, with the bank vault in the lobby being quite a cool attraction to take a look at. Service was awesome. The young lady running the front desk from 3-11 was exceptionally friendly and shared lots of good information. My room was on the fifth floor of the hotel, and on a clear day would have had a great view of downtown Roanoke and surrounding environment. Bed? Super soft, super comfortable. Pillows were special. I wish I owned a couple of them (I believe they are down pillows). The bath towels were also special....I've never felt a towel quite like it. Hard to describe except to say softly enveloping. Same, I wish I owned a couple of them.
Pretty much everything about the room was fine. My only suggestions would be moving the safe to a shelf in the closet, getting the coffee maker out of the closet, and moving the shower head (it's a great rainfall type showerhead but it's fairly close to the bulkhead). (And personally, I'd prefer "normal" coffee in the room, nespresso is provided and it's ok just not what I'm used to). I made these suggestions to the hotel via their survey and received a prompt reply from their regional director which was a nice touch.
All in all a great stay, I'd definitely do it again.
