Hotel terbaik dengan pelayanan yang sangat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen
Pros:

Aruss is an excellent hotel. Check in was easy and fast. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is sparkling clean. Breakfast was super good, many option to choose from. Staffs were very friendly and super polite, appreciate that (Zen). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again in the future.

kamar standart bintang 4 , sarapan bintang 4 tetapi pelayanan seperti hotel bintang 2 atau 3 .
Pros:

lokasi strategis , kamar bersih , dan parkir mudah.

Cons:

satpam yang gendut depan bagian pintu keluar kurang gercep. saya hampir kelewatan dan mundur didiemin aja.
staff sarapan untuk hari senin seperti nya anak PKL kurang gercep..
piring kosong ga langsung diambil.
sampai 4 meja yang tamu sudah meninggalkan meja baru dibersihkan.
mungkin keasikan ngerumpi.
