Pros:

Posizione perfetta sul "lungomare" di Phnom Penh, la sera si puo uscire per fare una lunga passeggiata e approfittare delle bancarelle. SI va a piedi al palazzo reale, al museo nazionale e all'imbarcadero per i giri sul Mekong.
Tutto nuovo e camere perfette, staff attento e super disponibile, siamo stati benissimo. Unico appunto, il cibo nel ristorante interno e' molto caro per quello che offrono, quindi consiglio di uscire e cercare alternative per colazione e cena, che non mancano nei dintorni.

Cons:

We didn’t know it was a weekend of celebration and so from 5pm into the early hours, we could hear the noise from outside.

Great place to stay in Phnom Penh
Pros:

Great location, nice rooftop bar, quite room on the inner side of the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and the found my AirPod headset before I left in the bed sheets.
