Amazing
Pros:

it’s so vibrant and they have a patio with the entire view on antigua. It’s very central to the church and the arch. The staff was amazing and so nice. They made me feel very welcomed. I stayed 6 nights and as a solo woman traveler i felt very safe the entire time. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and staff

Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Parque Central. Ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, relativ ruhig. Typisches Guatemala Frühstück.

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer und Bad. Alles ein wenig abgerockt. Leider keine schönen Sitzgelegenheiten im Hotel. Frühstücksraum sehr lieblos eingerichtet.

Muy buena ubicación a 3 cdras del Arco de Santa Catalina. El hotel bonito y limpio. Su desayuno muy bueno. Al frente hay un minimarket.

Cons:

Cuando hice el check out me recalcaron qué me había pasado 15 minutos, como que deberían ser un poquito más flexibles.
Otro detalle era que el lavabo estaba fuera del baño, ya que era una construcción antigua, pero en muy buenas condiciones.

De locatie van het hotel was erg goed. Personeel was super vriendelijk.

De kamer was verouderd en de badkamer liet de wensen over. Het licht van de gang schijnt in de ogen want de gordijnen sluiten niet goed af.

Excelente localização em Antigua
Pros:

Excelente localização, funcionários muito solícitos e café da manhã gostoso.

Cons:

O colchão era terrível, muito afundado e gasto. Precisam ser trocados. Foi bem desconfortável pra dormir.

El staff es nice y está muy bien ubicado el hotel.

El hotel tiene poco mantenimiento, nos dieron una primera habitación que estaba en pésimas condiciones, humedad por todo lado, diminuta por un precio muy elevado. Un hueco en la puerta, humedad en la ducha y donde estaba la cama. Pedimos cambio y cuando lo logramos, la habitación nueva tenía mal la calefacción de la ducha entonces solo agua fría.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Maya Ik sehr enttäuschend.
Das Hotel war zwar gut gelegen, aber die Zimmer waren extrem primitiv ausgestattet und dafür viel zu teuer. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nichts Komfortables, und das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man hat jedes Geräusch gehört. Obwohl ich ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht hatte, bekam ich die ersten zwei Nächte nur ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett.
Das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gab Schimmel, und die Sauberkeit war inakzeptabel. Hinter der Tür lag eine getragene Unterhose auf dem Boden, die vom Reinigungspersonal offensichtlich nicht entfernt wurde. Das war sehr ekelhaft und absolut unprofessionell. Man hatte ehrlich gesagt kein gutes Gefühl zu duschen.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Man durfte nur ein einziges Gericht von der Karte wählen, zum Beispiel entweder Eier, Müsli oder Obstsalat. Für den Preis war das sehr schwach und lächerlich.
Insgesamt war ich sehr unzufrieden und kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Buena localización cerca del arco y de la iglesia de la Merced.
Nos dejaron entrar antes a la habitación y había mantas.
Nos dieron desayuno para llevar sin problema.
