The staff is amazing! Extremely kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and always willing to make one’s stay singular, unique, and unforgettable!! The breakfast, the dinner, the spa, and the location are truly remarkable! The decoration is extremely special and cosy!
It was our second time at Casas da Lapa and we couldn’t be happier! We’re definitely going back again next year 😊 if not before!

Roupa de cama bem limpinha e quarto também. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O Check-in é a parir das 15:00 hs, chegamos 16:30 hs e o quarto não estava pronto.
Nos levaram então para conhecer outro quarto, e quando vimos, falaram que tinha que pagar a diferença, acho que nem deveriam fazer isso, deveriam nos agradar pelo imprevisto e não cobrar essa diferença, ai tivemos que esperar até 17:00 hs para liberar o quarto. No banheiro tinha cheiro de urina, que minha mulher logo notou, não desinfetaram direito, ai pedimos pra refazer a limpeza.
Outro inconveniente é que os quartos são externos, estava chovendo e frio, e para o deslocamento a pessoa se molha toda. Tinha guarda chuva, mas com vento a pessoa se molha toda. Quando vc vai na piscina de roupão, passa por esse frio e chuva. A piscina aquecida poderia ter uma temperatura mais alta.

Acesso aos quartos e piscina no inverno e emndia da chuva é péssimo, voce anda na chuva e o hotel para ajudar te fornece apenas um guarda chuva por quarto, o café da manhã somente as 9:00 atrapalha toda a programação do dia. Ruas para chegar estreitas ... carros maiores nao chegam
