I was here 2 years ago, everything was exellent. I worried that the level of service and the facilities state may have decreased on my come back this time, but it is not. All remains exellent which is the true indicator of quality. What is more, they have been added to the Michelin recommendations. I do recommend this place. And I am very happy that this place is evolvong and gaining well-deserved apprrciation. Please, stay cool🙏 as this is definettely not the last time here. A place where I want to coma back again and again!
Curious location in the middle of a small village, surrounded by a very beautiful environment. A perfect spot to stay if you want to walk or ride around in nature. Very comfortable, with nice services and perfect conditions to relax.
The decor could be improved, there is a mix of things that sometimes don't match.
The food was great, but it lacks a bar or some kind of self-service for small things like coffee.
Cristiana is world class. Ten out of ten. The arrival felt magical and the first catered meal was excellent, on the level of far better known hotels.
It went downhill after that. No hot water. A nail sticking out of the floor in the room that end up in a toe. Both met with a quick sorry and treated as normal. No lights in the shared spaces early in the morning while an alarm rang for a full hour. No explanation, no apology. Breakfast only starts at 9 and is understaffed, so 9.45 is the earliest you can realistically leave. Yoga runs at the same time as breakfast, so a morning activity means eating at 10, and there is no bar to fall back on. The coffee machine also broke and we waited.
All of this is fixable: promote Cristiana to hotel manager, have her train her colleagues, hire more staff, raise the standard.

Tudo excelente. Iremos repetir de novo com certeza. A simpatia dos funcionarios excedeu as nossas expectativas. O espaço e a qualidade dos produtos são de extrema qualidade e bom gosto. O SPA é extremamente relaxante. Adoramos tudo!

A serenidade do local... e do staff. As habitações estão muito bem distribuídas pelo espaço e todos os recantos são pensados com foco no bem-estar dos hóspedes. A inexistência de horário limite para o pequeno-almoço e os horários de utilização individual da piscina interior são muito fora do comum e são claramente uma vantagem para quem, como nós, foi à procura de total relaxamento. Excelente :) :) :)

C'est un beau petit cocon, plutôt isolé, mais relaxant, qui permet de rayonner dans serra de estrela.
Surprenant à quel point il y avait des insectes et guêpes mortes dans les piscines, à la surface. On dirait que le filtreur ne fonctionnait pas bien et il n'y avait pas de puise pour les enlever, donc ça gâchait un peu leur côté relaxant, accueillant de ces belles piscines !
Il faut réserver pour le sauna et bain vapeur (qui ne fonctionnait pas assez bien), mais ce qui est intéressant pour nous, c'est souvent d'alterner entre bains froids/piscines extérieures et saunas/bains vapeurs, mais ils sont à l'autre bout du site. Le côté intime de la réservation est bien, mais ça vient avec cet inconvénient. Il y a une piscine intérieure à cet endroit, mais c'est pas la même chose..

Magnífico trato del personal. Todos volcados en que tu estancia sea maravillosa. De hecho, yo que tengo mucho vértigo y la carretera era para mí un problema, una persona del hotel me guió y bajo en coche. Un lugar para repetir y pasar una larga estancia.
En mi caso, por mi vértigo, la carretera para llegar, tipica de montaña, no muy complicada para todo el mundo pero para mí sí.

De douche ruimte is een beetje krap voor lange mensen.
