Kellemes, szépen berendezett, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. Nagyon hangulatos a reggeliző rész és kert.
Szuper volt a dzoba, finom a reggeli, kedves a vendéglátó.

Kedves személyzet, gyönyörű dizájn, kényelmes, jól berendezett, tiszta szoba, bőséges és nagyon finom reggeli, gyors ügyintézés.
Snídaně byla úžasná, parking byl super a personál taky.

No cups to brush teeth?
Nice location, walking distance to the center, on a quiet street. I stayed in a comfortable room equipped with all the necessary amenities, located in what seems to be a historic building with high ceilings and large doors. Breakfast was chosen from the menu and the food was both tasty and plentiful. Parking is usually available in front of the hotel (free on weekends; I’m not sure about weekdays), and the hotel can also provide access to a paid garage next door. Since I arrived in the afternoon, I used the self check‑in system and received all the information on time. The staff were friendly both over the phone when I had questions and in the morning during breakfast.

First the good things: Great location, quiet with a nice view of the back garden. The room was large with a range of comfy furniture. The bed was super comfy. In general, the room was clean. Didn't try the TV. The breakfast was excellent - no complaints. The hotel communicated well in advance of our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel fell down in one important way. I wanted a shower before I went to bed and there was no hot water. We contacted someone working at the hotel, and were told this had never happened before but they would investigate and get back to us. They never did. Nor did anyone communicate with us or apologise before we left in the morning. At 6.55am there was still no hot water BUT miraculously at 7am on a Sunday morning it was fixed!
Secondly, despite having multiple heating options in the room, I think the hotel controls the heating. Now, I have no problem with that but really the hotel should communicate if and how they control the heating. Thus, it was a little on the cool side at night and in the morning. Communication appears to be a theme here. It's a shame because despite the problems, I might have considered another stay here, but not communicating or apologising to us....
