Pros:

Everything! The whole experience was great!
Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean, great location that’s close to nearby stores! Just a few minutes away from Pier Park/beach!

Great places to go with the whole family for an amazing price.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and spacious. Gym and pool area is perfect, not to mention the basketball court and as a great touch for a family with kids.

Overall, I slept really badly at this hotel; I think my bed was broken.
Pros:

The hot dishes lack variety and are far too salty.
We spent two weeks at the establishment, and the following week we were served the exact same breakfast.

Cons:

Regarding the bedroom bedding, the bed sloped to the right.
The kitchen utensils were insufficient.
The sink was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom, and it had an automatic light that kept turning on during the night.
A lack of TV channels for family evenings.
The carpets were dirty; you couldn't walk barefoot in the room without your feet turning black.
The pool was far too small, with water at 30 degrees...

The staff was very nice and helpful and they room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was clean and the food was good . The location was very accessible to the beach and enjoyable.

Had the best time. We will be coming back for sure.

Very clean, comfortable in everything, you don’t have to struggle where to park your car, no wait times or traffic to access elevator, very spacious room. it’s the most comfortable stay we had. Very nice and spacious room. The feel of staying in a condominium with the Hotel service. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Our daughter loved the pool. Not in Beachfront that we always do but it is less than 10 minutes to the beach.

The property was nice and clean.

Cons:

The room smelled like dog terribly and was not pleasant at all. The room didn’t get the clean every other day as they promised. We had to chase people down for towels. While we were at breakfast the second day the housekeeper, a male came to the door while my son was leaving and knocked on the door but left and never came back to clean the room. Another employee finally came after complaining to the front desk and dropped at towels and took the trash. I was not happy about that experience at all.
