That the room was without any internet or TV they did send me a message but at the point they sent it, night before I had no choice but to go to the hotel it was too late to make other reservations, as a matter of fact the day before I tried calling all day long and there was simply a recording that the phone was not available and that was it instead of trying to get a cell phone or something that they could forward their hotel calls to they had absolutely no phone service to even discuss with them I called the main Hilton number and they couldn't even get a hold of them. I feel like if they couldn't provide these things they should have given people a discount. And the room was okay the furniture was kind of drab could have used a cleaning, and the faucet on the kitchen sink was not even tightened down you had to actually hold the faucet to turn it on because it was just spinning around and loose. The floor seemed clean but it felt like it was sticky whatever cleaner they used made it feel gummy.

1. The fan even switched off moved due to AC direction and created creaking sounds which disturbed to get asleep.
2. The bathroom door stuck to fully close.
3. In the early morning 3 am, TV automatically switched on and waking me up

As the property is located in beach area, the hotel room requires everyday cleaning service, and it is not available here which we felt very difficult. The used bath towels were piled up as we stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days with lots of beach sand. Another difficulty was the breakfast timing. It was from 7 to 9. With kids and tiredness off from the beach, we were rushing to the breakfast area all the 2 days.

Another big drawback we faced was, electrical issue due to lightning strike on the previous day of our travel and wi-fi facility was poor! We managed with the mobile data.

We were informed about this on a short notice on the previous night of our travel and hence we couldn't get an alternate accommodation overnight which was too expensive!

Our stay was very disappointing and did not match the description or expectations created by the hotel’s website.
First, the location is described as being close to downtown, within walking distance of attractions, and near the beaches. In reality, this was simply not our experience. We had to drive almost everywhere, often 15–30 minutes. If a car is necessary to reach downtown, the beach, and most attractions, the website should make that clear instead of giving guests the impression that everything is within walking distance.
Second, housekeeping was extremely poor. We went to the front desk personally and asked for housekeeping service and fresh towels. For three days, nobody came to our room. Our towels were finally changed and the room was cleaned only on the fourth day. This is unacceptable, especially after we specifically requested service.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from a woman working at the front desk. She told us that this is “not a full-service hotel” and therefore daily housekeeping and towel replacement should not be expected. If that is the hotel’s policy and level of service, it should be clearly stated on the website before guests make a reservation. Guests should not discover this only after checking in and asking why their room has not been serviced for several days.
The hotel appears relatively new, but cleanliness in the common areas was also disappointing. There was visible trash on the floors throughout the property, which gave the entire hotel a neglected appearance.
Breakfast was another disappointment. It was comparable to what you would expect from a very inexpensive budget hotel. The selection was extremely basic, there was not even an adequate amount of fresh fruit, and overall the breakfast did not reflect the level or image this hotel presents online.
Because of all these issues, we decided to leave one day earlier than planned. I contacted the hotel and requested a refund for the unused night.

Pool water was warm and no towels

No complaints whatsoever!

The bed was rather hard.

Breakfast could be better.
