Very comfortable rooms and great staff.
Pros:

The suite was spacious and had a modern clean look. There was enough storage room for our suitcases in the closet and drawers for our clothing and shoes. The beds were comfortable and enough space between the beds. We booked for a week, but because of personal reasons we had to shorten our stay. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. We travelled trough Florida the past two weeks and the staff at this hotel were the most kind and helpful ones. They make you feel very welcome and seen as a guest.

Cons:

There were only two seats at the table, but the suite is big enough for 6 people.

A disappointing trip
Pros:

The breakfast is pretty good and the pool and gym are well-equipped.

Cons:

To be honest, check-in should be handled well for customers who arrive on time, but they just say, "I don't know if you can check in on time," and make you wait for 30 minutes or an hour. Even when checking in, they didn't explain or explain the basics at all, they just said "You're done checking in." and that was it. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of treatment while traveling. It was very unpleasant. Some of the front desk staff may need to be retrained on how to deal with customers.

Great area! I liked being just off the main strip

Cons:

Our door didn’t latch without shutting it several times, it wasn’t quite as clean as we would’ve liked. There’s also only 1 elevator which was a pain with our dogs being on the 3rd floor.
