Property is in a very good location. Staff were very good and the service is also good.

Place was bit noisy in the nighttime and couldn’t sleep comfortably during night time. Toilet in Room 1002 was smelling really bad. Rest all was good.

+ The room was an adequate size.
+ The location was good.
+ The hotel was generally clean.
+ The pool and facilities appeared clean.
+ The welcome cookie was a nice touch.

- Not much variety of food options.
- We decided to cancel the breakfast we had paid for as there were very limited gluten free options (only egg and yoghurt). The kitchen staff also seemed very unwilling to make something alternate whereas other hotels we stayed at were much more accommodating and went the extra mile to make things like GF pancakes.
- Some of the staff felt very unwelcoming, especially the guy at the pool who was staring at us both the whole time we were there. It was only us, and he was mopping the floor and just watching us for nearly an hour. This made us feel really uncomfortable and we went back to our room and didn't use the pool again for this reason.
- The lattes we ordered to the room in the morning were only half full.
- We also ordered fruit juice to the room which took over an hour to arrive.
- There were yellow marks on the head board of the bed and yellow scum marks around the bathroom sink.
- The tap water kept turning brown.

Overall, the stay was okay but definitely not what we expected from a 5*hotel nor a reputable chain like Hilton. We thought we were treating ourselves to a few nights of luxury but we're disappointed. We wouldn't stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Double Tree Shah Alam I-City. Outstanding service from the front desk, room service, restaurant, fitness team and security staff. The rooms were clean, modern and new. The Central mall next door is a plus. Will return next time I visit.

Their breakfast taste not good and recommended. Better to eat their neighbor shopping mall. While Local tax charged via my Credit Card, no one explained me during check-in.

The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience.

Superb Customer Service. Clean, Elegant environment. Gym, Pool, Spa, Sauna exceptionally maintained. To be expected as a Hilton property. Celebrated my Earthday there, such a positive atmosphere.
