The rooms were great, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast, though not a buffet (considering the low season and low number of guests) was diverse and tasty.
However, the location was not accurately described on the Booking.com profile description. It is quite far from downtown (old market and sea port), with many highways, bridges and busy road, so you need a taxi to get there. Plus, even though it was low season, the construction works should not bother guests stay on a Sunday morning with drilling noises. Some staff people were not experienced enough to answer our basic questions about transportation and activities...
Excellent service, professional staff & Super helpful, clean hotel , quiet rooms , excellent location , nice neighborhood . We had a very nice experience, thanks for the great team and the owners who made our experience unforgettable one .

Pool was closed for refurbishment with no prior announcement.
Incredibly slow service at breakfast (as in the chef had not even arrived for work by 9.45am when I came for breakfast).
AC was never turned on in communal areas, nor in the room prior to arrival. Lobby and corridors were hot and humid.
Room fridge basically useless.
Construction work (extension of the hotel) was taking place directly in front of the entrance and in front of the ONLY 3 rooms they were able to offer, notwithstanding the size of the hotel and the incredibly low occupancy. Work started early in the morning. With the exception of one hotel porter, no one could care less.

The location of hotel is nice its near the jbeil souk rooms are clean and staff is super friendly and helpful.we enjoy our stay abd definitely will come back for another visit.

Expired coffee sachets in the room and when I complained, they put the blame on the supplier. The hotel has no minimum quality controls in place.
Staff is rude and dont know how to manage the situation
No safety measures! Our car was full of maintenance paint and cement while they are doing some fixes for their exteriors.
I tried to refund and leave the hotel, neither Majestic nor Booking could reach to an agreement.

The hotel is new. very clean and quiet. you can take a 5 minutes taxi to the old Souq. staff are super nice and helpful. only issue it was overpriced.
The property was immaculate throughout. All furniture and furnishings were top class as we are all the members of staff. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
Unfortunately, as this is a new hotel, the gym hadn’t been completed as yet.
