Bello ma non un hotel 5 stelle come dice di essere
Pros:

Stanza stupenda, grande, letti comodi, fantastica la jacuzzi sul balcone
Belle le piscine e le jacuzzi esterne
Ottima la colazione cinese e le cene al ristorante interno

Cons:

Il bar fuori la piscina era ancora chiuso nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi
difficile comunicare con lo staff che parlava davvero pochissimo inglese, abbiamo dovuto fare un complaint e ci abbiamo messo più di mezz’ora per riuscire a spiegare la situazione tramite i vari traduttori
Avevo indicato che eravamo in viaggio di nozze ma non ci hanno fatto trovare neanche un’amenities in camera, solo dopo il complaint ci hanno regalato una bottiglia
Trovo assurdo dover pagare il sapone per il bucato in un hotel 5 stelle
Tramite loro non si possono prenotare attività e quelle poche sul sito dell’hotel non prevedono il pick up della struttura, cosa non positiva visto che si trova in una zona abbastanza isolata e non tutti hanno le macchine
Noi abbiamo pagato metà prezzo tramite offerte, ma non vale assolutamente secondo me il prezzo pieno

屋外バスもすごく満足で、費用対効果充分に感じれた

The property was great and clean. Location was good too.

Cons:

Need better signage to tell everyone the hotel is behind the other hotel and down from the golf course…confusing to find the 1st time then easy afterwards.

整體還不錯，但是cp值不高
Pros:

住宿空間大，氛圍還不錯

Cons:

大廳迎賓飲料供應時間太短，且品相普通，以住宿價格來看，還有很大的進步空間。
這次訂了2間房連住2晚（不同樓層），一間冰箱有放4瓶飲料（但只有第一天有，第二天沒），另外一間沒有飲料，差別對待的感覺很不好。

The big room with an ocean view
Pros:

You will need a car in order to enjoy this hotel and its location. Most of the tourists will drive in Onna so that is not an issue. Car park is free and there were plenty in late May. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town where you can find many F&B restaurants and convenient shops, parking was mostly free too. The big room with ocean view was amazing.
We stayed in Aquasense for 3 nights and it was easy to drive to the American Village and the Aquarium.

リゾート感が味わえて、沖縄を感じられる

6階に泊まったが海も綺麗に見えて、部屋もとてもおしゃれで綺麗だった、ディナーのレストランもうまい

Cons:

朝食時海外女性スタッフの人が席まで案内してくれたが朝食詳しい説明もなく、席に着いたと思ったら他の人が座ってるいる席に案内されたり少しスタッフ教育がいきとどいていないのかなと思いました
