Great views from the balcony. Good location. Very clean and spacious. The amenities in the room are good. The layout of the room is good. The pools are beautiful looking down from balcony. Live Jazz each night is great. Complementary bath salt and complementary soft drinks and coffee (specified time)
It is not a ‘beachfront’ property meaning you cannot go directly from the property to the beach as it sits across a main road. The property is located on a hill so there is a climb from main road to get to the property on foot. The breakfast is predominantly Chinese food. Only limited Japanese and Western food are featured. The staff speaks little English bit they do their best to help and are very friendly.

The private bath on the terrace was amazing and fit two adults. The view over the pool area and out to the ocean was absolutely beautiful! The food in the restaurant was delicious every time and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, even organising a van to drop us off at a bus stop on our departure date. The room was huge and it was cleaned daily. We absolutely loved our stay!!!
The pool was cold (unsure if they have heating, we visited in early April) and the outdoor bar wasn’t staffed (again, unsure if this was due to the season).

The room was large for Japan. The food, especially the Okinawan salad at the restaurant was really good.
No early check in available even for a fee. Everywhere else we stayed in Japan (5 other hotels) offered it for a fee. This is especially annoying because it's more secluded than other hotels. I got a feeling they didn't really like foreigners. It wasn't anything concrete, just wasn't as welcoming as other hotels.
No fitness facility, and restaurant options were extremely limited along with no room service. Amenities could definitely use an upgrade.
Bathtub water didn't get hot, and was cold in the shower on occasion. We did adjust the temperature on the wall to the maximum 45° C and it was still cold.

The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the bed was large but it was 2 twin bed pushed together but comfortable none the less, the jacuzzi was amazing
The buffet breakfast hostess treat foreigners with prejudice
Our stay was fantastic. The view from the room was amazing and the facilities were great. The location was excellent with everything close by, although you wouldn’t walk for food as it’s up quite a hill. The only down side was the breakfast wasn’t fantastic but everything else was amazing.

Staff - very friendly.
Facilities - great pool with a sauna and ice bath which you could reserve for a small fee.
