Would stay here again for sure but resort is not perfect.
Pros:

Beautiful beach and great central location on the island. Rooms were nice. Great views of the water, but one of the sinks in bathroom was broken water poored out of the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Floors in room were vinyl wood tile which was fine except after I walked on them the bottom of my white socks were black, so unfortunately could have used a really strong mopping/cleaning.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pizza place was great too. We did not do all-inclusive.

Cons:

Really strange mix of extremely wonderful friendly staff members who made our stay contrasted with several people who seemed downright miserable to have to be working there. A couple of the bartenders complained to us that the all-inclusive guests didn’t tip.

To be fair I saw several guests acting like complete jerks snapping their fingers at the bartenders for service and complaining about slow service.

Island time is a real thing and if you are going to visit an island you better be chill about it and expect things to take longer than we are used to in the US. Enjoy the chill!

Pros:

It is as it says. Sint Maarten is the friendly island. The staff was accommodating and you can even have a good laugh with them. We enjoyed our stay here. There was everything you needed. From morning breakfast to dinner. From spending day time by the pool or the beach to entertainment in the evening. There were different cuisine every night. Mexican, Italian, Asian. There is even a gym, 3 pools. Mini mart. Spa.Definitely coming back here.

Excellent Location
Pros:

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, providing convenient access to Phillipsburg to shop and restaurants. In the room, the bed was comfortable and had white, crisp sheets and towels. The beach adjacent to the hotel was great, offering a pleasant environment for relaxation and recreation.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room did not meet expected standards. There were visible handprints on the glass door, a leak was present in the bathroom ceiling, shampoo residue remained on the bathroom glass door, and hair and dust had accumulated in the corners of the room. Also noted, the elevator was not cleaned (handprints and a dirty floor). While the island is beautiful and rich in wildlife, it would be beneficial to ensure that outdoor lounge chairs are cleaned daily to remove bird droppings.
It's the little details that matter.

Alles is bij elkaar gelegen, prima om een paar dagen niks te hoeven doen

Heel lang wachten op eten en drinken…
Vond het meeste van het personeel ook niet hartelijk of zelf niet vriendelijk- uitzonderingen daargelaten. Maar miste het echte welkom gevoel wat een resort je hoort te geven al je zoveel geld betaald voor alles, en dan bedoel ik ook alles…

El predio es fantástico. Los restaurantes, aceptables. Menúes acotados. Precios elevados

Cons:

El desayuno, carísimo. Las piletas abiertas 24 horas, debieran cerrar unas horas para mantenimiento. El agua no estaba traslúcida. El check out es a las 10 am a pesar que mi reserva indicaba 11 am. Menos mal que consulté. De lo contrario, la multa es de 100 USD por cada hora de demora

Närhet till strand och pool, samt Philipsburg och Simpson bay, bra med butik och café på området.

Cons:

Oceans frukost var för dyr, och möjligheten att sitta ute borde uppgraderas.
Ännu mera ”caribisk Vibe” på restaurangerna skulle uppskattas.

Cons:

Beim ersten Aufenthalt konnte das Zummer um 16.00 übernommen werden. Beim 2. Aufenthalt mussten wir bis 16.00 warten, um dann festzustellen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt war. Über 1h Wartezeit, kulanterweise wurde dann aber Frühstück auf Kosten des Hotels als Ausgleich angeboten.
