l'emplacement, le décor, la propreté et l'amabilité et gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L'hôtel est totalement américanisé. Bien que situé sur le coté néerlandais de l'ile, tout est américain. langue, repas touristes. Trop c'est trop

Närhet till strand och pool, samt Philipsburg och Simpson bay, bra med butik och café på området.

Cons:

Oceans frukost var för dyr, och möjligheten att sitta ute borde uppgraderas.
Ännu mera ”caribisk Vibe” på restaurangerna skulle uppskattas.

Cons:

Beim ersten Aufenthalt konnte das Zummer um 16.00 übernommen werden. Beim 2. Aufenthalt mussten wir bis 16.00 warten, um dann festzustellen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt war. Über 1h Wartezeit, kulanterweise wurde dann aber Frühstück auf Kosten des Hotels als Ausgleich angeboten.

Mooi resort dichtbij Philipsburg.
Aardig personeel en ruime kamers. Wij verbleven 4 nachten in building 2 met een prima kamer maar helaas was de airco erg luidruchtig. Er zou naar gekeken worden maar daar hebben wij verder niets van gemerkt. Desondanks prima geslapen.

Nice cozy small resort, if you looking for something quiet
Pros:

This is a cozy small resort, so if you prefer a quiet place, this would be fine. The beach is nice, very swimmable (no huge waves) and it's easy to find chairs since this resort is not very busy. The pools are nice too, and there are a couple of different (small) places to eat within the resort. You got to realize that everything is on the smaller side, which is fine if that's what you want.

Cons:

We expected a bigger resort more vibrant and with many amenities. However that's not it, it was too quiet for us, we arrived on the weekday before Christmas and in the restaurant there were maybe 10 people, that's it. Thankfully we didn't get the all-inclusive so we were going out in restaurants (which there are many within 30min drive) and we had fun there. The buffet for the all-inclusive is actually quite small, not the huge selection you find typically in big resorts. Don't get me wrong, the place is cute and cozy, but if you're looking for a vibrant resort, that's not it, despite the entertainers they bring every evening - this is like going to a small bar with a few people around. Not their fault of course, but just to set your expectations.

Little Piece of Paradise
Pros:

Although it is a bit hard to find the first time arriving, the location is central and accessible to all things on the island. Food and activities onsite is a big plus! Staff great!!

Cons:

Was totally underwhelmed with the food and service of the “Mix” restaurant onsite. Also for being an all inclusive resort, a lot of the amenities seemed to close fairly early.

Poor security, unsafe furniture, and stressful experience.
Pros:

Very good beach with calm water and nice sunsets

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing and felt unsafe. The hotel was robbed by a group of local individuals who gained access to the property, creating chaos and panic among guests. This situation caused significant stress and a genuine concern for our safety, and it was clear that the security measures in place were inadequate.

In addition to the safety issues, the room itself had poor design and maintenance. The sharp corners of the bed frame were exposed and hazardous, resulting in multiple injuries among members of our family.

Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety. I would not recommend this hotel until proper security measures and room improvements are implemented.

Een tegenvaller gezien de kostprijs. Een resort op zijn retour.

Complete desinteresse van het personeel. Geen enkel fut, noch inititiatief ... Kamers dringend aan renovatie toe. Schuifraam niet afsluitbaar.

Good Experience at Oceans
Pros:

Our first time here, and found it to be a lovely place to stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff was uniformly nice and accommodating. This is a v very well-run resort. Only comment is to be aware that there is a lot of walking and stairs from the main areas of the resort to the rooms at Oceans. However, the resort provides a shuttle upon request. We especially enjoyed two dinners at Mix, on the 5th floor of Oceans. And we especially appreciate the help from Felix when one of us had complications from the heat. We'd stay here again.

Another Magical Stay at Oceans at Divi Little Bay!

Oceans at Divi Little Bay is by far the BEST place to stay on St. Maarten! We adore our home away from home at Divi—the smiling faces, the incredible views, the pristine beaches—what's not to love?!? Anne-Marie is a fantastic general manager who's always on top of things and there for whatever you need. Plus, the entire staff is kind, generous, and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay truly exceptional! We LOVE our top-floor Oceans One-Bedroom Suite—the views are spectacular, the amenities are top-notch, and the showers are divine. We will definitely be back again soon!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!!
