space room and quiet location.

Cons:

They do not have process payment system with dollars at check in counter, I had to pay with my spare cash ( They can send you link to e mail to payment).
And 2nd night they gave upstairs room with 2-3 little kids and and they came back after midnight so floor noise was bad.(seems like no carpet upstairs guest room. Future if possible they can assign family with little kids to ground floor or assign me to upstairs room.

Lindo, acogedor pero puede mejorar mucho

Me gustó su infraestructura en general, el servicio de limpieza impecable, la atención de su personal en general es muy buena especialmente de la recepcionista juliana quien fue muy agradable y cordial cuando nos recibió, Rodrigo personal de mantenimiento quien de manera muy amable nos explicó cómo llegar a la cascada y la joven que atendía en el desayuno llamada Javiera siempre muy cordial y atenta, la cascada es muy linda es un predio lateral al hotel pero vale la pena..

Cons:

El desayuno si bien era contundente después de varios días pasa a ser repetitivo, todos los días sirven exactamente lo mismo, el restaurante con una carta muy limitada por lo cual decidimos no hacer uso de él para almorzar o cenar, faltan lugares de entretenimiento interno, alguna sala de juegos de mesa o una mesa de billar cosas típicas de hoteles en estos rangos de precio, me he quedado en varios hoteles del sector y a pesar de que este es precioso esos detalles marcan diferencia al momento de elegir.
