Pros:

I went to check and there were a lot of stairs in this town.
I was worried because I had a carrier, but even though there was a bit of a hill on the way there, the only stairs were inside the building itself, so it wasn't too difficult.
The view was good, and the wind and sunlight were good, so it was great to dry the laundry on the drying rack.
Most of all, the owner was kind and the bedding was clean.

Cons:

I was worried that it would have a big impact on people, so I felt sorry to the owner, so I thought about whether or not to tell,
but I thought it should be fixed, so I'm leaving a review.
Despite the many advantages I mentioned earlier... there were two disadvantages that really surprised me.
First, there was a lot of dirt and cigarette butts on the bottom of the pool, so I didn't use it after seeing that on the first day I was going to swim.
And there were a lot of bugs (ants, spiders) in the room, which I understood, but I saw two really big bugs( millipede ).
They were right after I checked in and right before I checked out. I took pictures, but they were so obvious that I didn't upload them.
At first, I thought they had gotten stuck to my bag near the ocean, but when I found them the second time, I realized they weren't.
I don't know if it was fortunate or not, but I saw them a second time right before I checked out, and if they had come out in the middle, I think I would have asked if I could change rooms.
They were really big bugs, so I was surprised.
If it weren't for these two things, I don't think you would be able to find accommodation like this at this price in Pucisca.

Exceptional
Pros:

Beautiful balcony view. Quiet and clean. Was only 4 of us so very spacious. Nice to have a fridge with ice and cold water dispenser! Pool is small but fine for a cool off. 2 min walk down into town.The town is quite which we like (we only had 2 nights here) there are a few cafes and restaurants which was perfect. Nice swimming areas either side of the harbour.

We all loved it and would definitely recommend and return
Pros:

The location and the views were fantastic. The layout of different levels was fantastic and great for groups.
Group of 12 from 18-60 years of age

Cons:

Overall fantastic, few niggles, one bedroom only had skylight window and had a towel on the roof to cover it but had blown off, we asked for this to be rectified but they were unable to and a fan and proper wardrobes in each bedroom would be nice but there was air con in communal areas

Huge place for lounge chairs to laying in the sun
No parking
The adress you can't find on Google maps

Cons:

No Hairdryer
Found a neckless under the pillow from guests before us
Pool light hanging out because it is defect (danger for kids)
Lounge chairs and table with chairs are too near to the pool and are wet
