Pros:

The brusque initial reception thankfully changed with appropriate check-in staff, to the inability to charge restaurant costs to the room, made this quite unpleasant

Pros:

The heater in the room was not working so we had to sleep in coldness for two days, even though we reported to the housekeeping and front desk. They gave us a tiny portable heater on day 3 and it was a bit better than before...apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

New property centrally located. Nice modern design with clean lines and good level of furnishings and fittings, nice rooms at a great price. Easy access to local restaurants and highways
