Pros:

Todo me pareció muy bien. Las instalaciones están limpias y cómodas. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y relajarte

Cons:

La paredes parecen de papel, todo se escucha. Nos tocaron unos vecinos que se levantaban muy temprano con música.
También mejoraría las almohadas, son demasiado suaves.

Me encanta la decoración, el jacuzzi y alberca, aunque pequeña, su temperatura es excelente, las habitaciones son amplias, y muy limpias, ubicación a 10 minutos del centro

Cons:

Cuando está lleno, aumenta la demanda en la alberca y queda muy sucia el agua.

Bello lugar y cerca de todo
Pros:

Tuve suerte, ya que me dieron un cuarto mejor, el nuevo cuarto con cama king, balcón y hamaca estuvo bello, súper limpio y muy cómodo.
El lugar es bello, esta ubicado en el centre a minutos del zocalo, museos y catedral. La gente, como la Liliana, el Gustavo y el Alejandro fueron muy amables conmigo.

Cons:

Lo único que falluteo un poco fue la televisión, tuve que pedir ayuda dos veces pero vinieron rápido y todo bien.

It was good, but not worth the cost.
Pros:

The location is walking distance from the museums, markets, etc, the restaurant's food was really good even though it was expensive. Alex, the maintenance guy was really helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

The receptionist was not really nice/helpful . it was not easy to deal with her and she did NOT even try to meet my request . The jacuzzi motor burnt in flames while my kids were in there on the first day and it did NOT work during the rest of our stay.

Oase im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit stilischer Einrichtung und Balkon. Bequeme Betten. Wenn man zentrale Lage möchte, ist das Hotel passend.

Cons:

Das Bad ist nicht abgeteilt und einsehbar vom Zimmer. Nicht ideal für Nicht-Pärchen. Der Pool ist klein und es ist kein Platz dort für Liegen, so dass nur Gartenbänke dort stehen. Wer Erholung in Cuernavaca sucht, ist dort in anderen Hotels mit großem Garten besser aufgehoben.

La limpieza excelente; aunque mi habitación daba a la calle cero ruido, el personal siempre dispuesto a apoyar para todo lo solicitado.

Todo fue de mi agrado, Tal vez cambiar las almohadas por unas más suaves

Clean comfortable and roomy
Pros:

Large rooms, comfortable beds, not very heavy portion for breakfast just right for seniors.

Cons:

No glasses or cups in room. Distance to square is not far but us seniors the uphill walk can be exhausting.
