Pros:

Me quede en la habitación 05 y la cama es cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El agua de la regadera se sale hacia el lavabo porque no tiene una canaleta para evitarlo, no hay secadora se cabello en la habitación, no te hay botellas de agua de cortesía en las habitación.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos pasos del zócalo. La habitación reservada, pese a no tener ventanas es muy amplia, con techos altos y luz natural, así que ni siquiera lo notas. Los molletes del desayuno, muy recomendables!

Las toallas eran de buena calidad, pero antiguas y con algún descosido. El personal, en general, correcto.

Estancia agradable, personal amable y servicial, limpio, no pude usar balcón cómodamente

Cons:

no nos gustó que la renta de habitación con ventana al interior, las únicas fotografías que muestran son las que están a la orilla de alberca, y te enganchan, y me colocaron en una con balcón que da al estacionamiento, y eso no lo mencionan en ninguna parte cuando colocan precios y seleccionas las opciones. la alberca no tiene camastros, es poco espacio alrededor de ella libre, la pasamos cómodos, pero no hicimos uso del balcón en el día por esta condición.

Muy buena atención y ubicación. El restaurante es muy bueno y la alberca es templada por el agua caliente del jacuzzi. Es perfecto

Cons:

Me tocó quedarme en los cuartos cerca de la entrada. La peor experiencia en ese hotel, sin duda. Si solo hay esas habitaciones recomiendo no quedarse. Se escucha ruido todo el tiempo

Ich bin von Mexiko City aus mit dem Bus für 2 Tage nach Cuernavaca gereist: vom Busbahnhof zum Hotel in Cuernavaca waren es wenige Gehminuten. Ich kam vor dem offiziellen Check in an und das nette Personal hat in der Zwischenzeit mein Gepäck verstaut, damit ich schon meine Stadtrunde drehen konnte.
Als ich am Abend zurück kam, war mein Gepäck bereits im Zimmer, welches sehr geräumig und ansprechend war.
Das Frühstück und der Pool haben mir sehr gut gefallen: ist ein wahres Kleinod, versteckt im Innenbereich des Hotels.
Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl dieses Hotels und falls ich irgendwann wieder nach Cuernavaca kommen sollte, bin ich sehr gerne wieder zu Gast.
