Des fois le personnel n'est pas souriant à la réception...pas tout le.monde mais un sourire ça fait plaisir
Être dérangé par la dame de ménage toutes les 15 mn alors qu'on lui a dit qu'on sortait. C'était désagréable. Qu'elle repasse plus tard c'est tout
Veillez à bien nettoyer les coins de chambre surtout sous le siège du bureau de la chambre

Wonderful stay at K Hotel Douala! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located. le petite déjeuner était superbe. Beaucoup de produits frais et variés

Cons:

la taille des chambres me semble quelque peu réduite pour le standing de l'hôtel. il manque de l'espace pour le bureau et surtout pour e rangement du linge (penderie, rangement).
