A Hotel That Really Delivers A Very High Standard Of Comfort and Service!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and attractively decorated. It was a relatively small space but had nice features such as a table/chair, dedicated beverage station with fridge, walk-in storage area for luggage/clothing, and windows both in our room as well as the bathroom. We also enjoyed our interaction with most employees - especially at check-in and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite varied and the seating area included a green space :)

Cons:

For both of our stays, we had to ask for a second towel and additional pods of coffee. It appears that the standard room set-up is for 1 person (despite our booking for 2 persons). The small coffee pods produce a small quantity of coffee. It took both pods provided to create 1 cup of coffee. The breakfast buffet would benefit from better labeling. Some food items are easy to identify by sight but other food items needed labeling to better understand the ingredients. This was especially true for the hot dishes in sauce. Is it chicken or fish? This is especially important for those with food allergies. These comments are merely improvement opportunities for a hotel that already meets very high standards!

Elegance, comfort, and impeccable service ! I will return without hesitation.
Pros:

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was absolutely impressed! Every single detail was perfect, from the reception to my room, and even the bar and restaurant. The staff truly made the experience exceptional: they were very professional, warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The fact that the room is cleaned twice a day, such a thoughtful touch that made everything even more comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Pros:

The hotel is very well run, clean and safe. staff is professional.

Cons:

I stayed for a week for work, everything was positive. My only comment. the lobby / bar is often privatized for private events which leaves the guest without really an option where to stay other than the room. (there is the pool area but can get quite hot).

Une expérience à renouveler.
Pros:

L’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté en général, la variété des menus, l’odeur dans les couloirs. Tout est très appréciable.

Cons:

Mis à part l’emplacement, et de se fait, le parking qui n’est accessible que de l’extérieur, le reste est parfait.
