Pros:

Nous avons vraiment adoré le professionnalisme du personnel de l’établissement, en particulier Leonel, le monsieur de la réception qui nous a accueillis la nuit de notre arrivée. Il a été extrêmement à l’écoute de nos besoins, très attentionné et nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Son accueil chaleureux a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Un grand merci à lui !

J'ai passé un bon séjour au K Hotel, l'hôtel est bien situé, la sécurité est au rendez-vous et mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel qui est impeccable ! Ils contribuent énormément à la qualité de l'hôtel. Je recommande.

I can’t wait to return 😍
Pros:

I ve never been prouder to visit my home country. The hotel is absolutely stunning from the entrance to the rooms. I particularly liked the suite, very comfortable.
The restaurant areas are equally stunning, the decor is well crafted and stylish.
The staff at the hotel are outstanding, from the general manager Gilbert, to the front desk staff and security: very welcoming and warm, always ready to help. As a solo traveler I felt safe and it was really difficult to stay anywhere else but the K Hotel. As a frequent global traveller, it’s fair to say this hotel has set the standard very high, not only in Cameroon but also globally.
A special thank you to Gilbert the general manager for ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle free. He has a really good understanding of client satisfaction and this is reflected through all the staff genuine care and attention.

Cons:

As always, there are always areas of improvements and for me the food has been a downer.
I understand the chef is dealing with many orders but I have had few issues with food on few occasions which were of genuine concern. I hope the general manager will take my feedback into account for improvement.

Très bon hôtel aux normes européennes
Pros:

Personnel très professionnel et d’une grande amabilité.
Chambre confortable et d’une grande propreté

Cons:

C’est la 1ere fois qu’on me fait payer un late check-out dans un pays d’Afrique.
Regrettable d’autant plus que l’hôtel était loin d’être plein.
Dans cette situation, il faut rectifier le tir.
