Clean, close to Voyageurs National Park and Canada.
Pros:

All the staff were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our suite was clean and was great to have the suite have 2 rooms that were separate.

Cons:

The hot tub was down while we were there.

Convenient to Voyageur National Park, downtown International Falls and Canada!
Pros:

All the staff were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The suite provided all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils to cook with. The suite was divided into two rooms which was very nice. Having a restaurant/bar on the property was definitely a plus. Breakfast in the morning varied which was appreciated. The convenience to all things Voyageur National Park and to Canada was a plus.

Must stay for Rainy Lake boat tour in Voyager National Park
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. There were lots of selections. The hot tub was nice and large and very nice. The large capacity washer and dryer were very affordable.

Pros:

A great place to stay. We’ve stayed here for a number of years always about this time on our way home from our winter down south. The only observation was that one of the soap dispensers in the shower was empty.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect!
Pros:

Our family was treated royally at the International Falls location. Jaimee at the desk worked with me over the phone to secure reservations to have my father's 90th birthday party at the bistro. She saw to it that our rooms were near each other, without our asking. She was attentive to our needs even before we knew what they were! Shannon served all 26 of us with a big smile and a huge welcome. She and her assistants were on-the-spot with great service. They were super attentive and wonderfully accommodating for our birthday party.

The rooms were super clean and fresh, with comfy pillows that could fit our individual preferences. From top to bottom, the facility was set up for our comfort and enjoyment. The breakfast spread was enormous -- one of the best I have ever encountered. The service there was also excellent. Fresh eggs were brought regularly and the sausage was delish.

The staff there helped to make my father's birthday party absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Pros:

Clean, excellent condition, well maintained and tastefully designed. Staff was kind and attentive. Rooms were large and comfortable. Probably the best in this location. Highly recommend!
