This is my 4th time in this hotel , location is perfect , the food court is small but tasty, the hotel staff weither the front desk or the house keeping are very helpful , big thanks to Mr. Alaa , Mr. Ali , Mr. Saber, Mr. Ümit because I had an issue in the airport and I had to be back again to istanbul, they helped in finiding a new hotel booking and too many other things, really guys thank you so much

Personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma men rummet var väldigt litet och hotellet ligger på en smal gata full av små kaféer och restauranger där spelas väldigt hög musik från tio på kvällen till sex på morgonen.

Yeri çok güzeldi. İstiklal caddesinin önünde olduğu için her yere erişiminiz mevcut. Çalışanlar kibardı. Otel temizliği okeydi bence fiyatına göre. Fiyatı yerine göre çok çok uygundu. Bir daha gelişimde hep burada kalırım diye düşünüyorum. Çok beğendim.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean. The only small downside was that the room wasn’t very well equipped with sanitary items, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it.

The position is in downtown, it’s convenient and easy for everything.

Tive uma ótima experiência, cheguei e ganhei um upgrade de quarto. O quarto bem limpo e com vista pra rua… a noite é barulhento, mas entendam: é um lugar de bares e lojas que ficam abertos até 2h da manhã, se vc quer sossego procure outro bairro pra se hospedar. Em especial queria elogiar o staff da recepção, infelizmente não me lembro o nome dele, mas ele nos deu dicas e fez até um mapinha pra indicar um shuttle que precisavamos pegar pra estação.

I reserved a non smoking room, and i was offered a smoking room. When asked, i was told all other rooms were the same.
The day I arrived I was up until 6am because of the noise. Window frames are old, they do not shut properly and the hotel is on a "very" busy street. A smoke stinking noisy room. Well done.
I called expedia to inform. Even if they assured me i would be refunded, they have not. Hotel management tokd me I could leave and i would be totally refunded, without my consent, they charged me. Expedia did not do much:(

First thing location was perfect for all transportation types and staff was very heplful (Ahmed and Alaa and Ali) were very good persons and if i choose miss city again it will be from there excellent treatment thx

Couldn't ask better treatment I received from the management and staff. Me, my wife and three kids had a very good time. The cleaners are always cleaning the eating area and all the amenities. Would definitely stay again when I visit.

Hotelde beş gece kaldık, İstanbul'da harika bir konumda, mütevazi ve sıcak bir ortam. İstiklal Caddesi ve Taksim Meydanı'na çok yakın. Görevliler çok misafirperver, Ahmet Bey bize çok yakın davrandı, kendimizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Yerli ve yabancı turistlerle muhabbet ettik. Günlük temizlik yapılıyor, sabah kahvaltısı gayet başarılı. Her zaman gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edilebilir.
