Nice view with racist staff!
Pros:

The view.
The pool.

Cons:

Horrible horrible staff!, quite racist, unfriendly and opportunistic.
Just as an example, because we are Arab, they refused to clean our bungalow, they said “we clean for you only the first time if you need cleaning pay us 15 euros it is a policy. When I said where does it say that in booking? they said it is our own policy booking doesn’t know about it!! (My booking was for four nights)
This is just one example to rescue people from this terrible experience.

Terrible Trip
Cons:

Unfortunately nothing because of the way we were received and dealt with ! We arrived very wet with rainy weather and very poor and difficult roads to the property.
There was no curtesy from the property to tell you how to get to them easily although they were running after me to pay more than 10 days before my arrival and threatening to cancel my reservation if no payment made. I have the message saved.
As I showed up with my family, 2 adults + 3 kids and my reservation was for 4 adults which is more than enough for us! The receptionist lady immediately started loudly by attacking me why you are 5 ? This will cost you € 80 extra even before showing us the room or knowing why the reservation was made that way?
She speaks poor english and I got help from my local driver to translate and try to explain, yet she was not considerate. After asking 3 times to see the room, we got to the room, it was ok as a space, however the cleanliness is below expectation as we watched cockroaches on the floor and video that. Even If I paid €80 extra, there was no space for additional furniture but it turns to be for breakfast and cleaning which I never need.

This was never mentioned. Although some of the bad reviews are actually correct. Please read bad reviews before you go there!!
The road conditions are extremely bad, with rain and mud it is even worse.

The receptionist after explaining the condition with my local driver said we’ll waive the extra charges but you pay for cleaning and breakfast for only 4 which I don’t need.

We drove 4 hours to the location and we drove 5 hours back due to traffic with a very terrible experience leaving € 578 behind.

اقامة سيئة جداً ولم يتم الاعتذار عن ما حصل من انقطاع للكهرباء او عدم الرد على الهاتف

انقطعت الكهرباء 10 ساعات ولم يتم التجاوب معنا الا عند تقديم وجبة الافطار. الهاتف لا يوجد احد يرد عليه - الفطور اقل من عادي - ازعجونا عشان تسجيل الخروج علماً بأن وقته لم يحين - الطريق جداً صعب وتضطر لطلوع مرتفع قوي جداً.

“استمتعنا جداً بإقامتنا في الكوخ؛ المكان واسع ونظيف، المسبح دافئ، والفطور التركي مع الإطلالة كان رائعاً شكراااا 💜،

“إقامتنا في الكوخ كانت رائعة حقاً. المكان واسع جداً ونظيف، ويحتوي على مطبخ مجهز بالكامل مع جميع الأواني، ثلاجة، وتلفاز، بالإضافة إلى حمام نظيف. المسبح دافئ ونظيف، ويوجد باربيكيو (فقط تحتاجون لشراء الفحم).

أعجبني اهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، فقد زينوا المكان بمناسبة شهر العسل، وكانوا متعاونين جداً، مثل إحضار زيت القلي عند طلبه بدون أي مقابل مالي. تجربة الفطور التركي كانت مميزة جداً، خصوصاً مع الإطلالة الرائعة.

استمتعنا بالإقامة كثيراً وبالتأكيد سنعود مرة أخرى.🥹💜"

الاختيار كان موفق جداً

وصلنا إلى الموقع وكان الكوخ نظيف ومرتب، الغرفتين وصالة الجلوس على نظافة. المسبح يوجد فيه نظام تدفئة يصل حرارته إلى 25-26 درجة مئوية. الجلسة الخارجية كانت جداً جميلة. استمتعنا في الاستجمام والاستراحة في هذا الكوخ لمدة 3 ايام. الزيارة لهذا المكان كانت مستحقة بجدارة. من الضروري أن تكون لديك سيارة أو وسيلة تنقل خاصة بحيث أن الموقع يبعد قليلاً من كل شيء. يوجد افطار كانوا يحضرونه يومياً الساعة 9:30 صباحاً ويقومون باستلامه الساعة 12:00 ظهراً

يوجد طريقين للوصول للموقع، طريق سهل وبسيط وطريق آخر كان صعب مثل المنحدر الطويل تحتاج الى طلوعه بالسيارة (كان مخيف بعض الشيء). تأكد من أن تسلك الطريق الذي يمر من فندق(Elite World Grand Spanca)
