A great location with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in Kyoto. Unfortunately the damp/mouldy room
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fantastic.

Cons:

We had a basement room. Unfortunately there was black mould growing on the walls behind the sofa. The room smelt damp.

Pros:

Everything wonderful!
Great location, new building, very close to subway, bus, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Spacious cozy room, wonderful hot shower.

Cons:

Really surprised that after all the previous complains about the terrible breakfast, it's still terrible! Microwaved egg and ham...not good!
It wasn't a deal breaker as everything else was outstanding!

Pros:

Very comfortable room, fantastic shower and bathroom facilities. Tasty breakfast provided to eat in your room.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Excellent location (within 30 mins walk to many of the sights and well served by buses and subway for further afield). Staff lovely and helpful and the Queen bedroom we had was excellent (good size for the both of us). Just as importantly, war in middle east disrupted our ability to get home so we had to stay two extra nights. Not only were we able to book both those in the hotel but staff also arranged for us to keep the same room).

Cons:

For us the breakfast (which we received free with our booking) was good to set us up for the day. However, had we been paying for it then there are alternatives available around the hotel for a better price.

食事の場所からすぐ近くでそのまま予約をさせてもらいました！遅い時間の直前での予約で、スタッフの方も最初気づかれていませんでしたが、すぐ対応していただきました！
ありがとうございました！

Cons:

トイレのウォシュレットが壊れていて、座ったら毎回何も操作していないのに作動しました（ ; ; ）ドライヤーの風量が弱かったので、もっと強いものだと嬉しいなと思いました！

Perfect stay, but avoid the breakfast
Pros:

Great location, very central and also near a metro station
Staff are very helpful and friendly
Modern and spacious room
Short walk to a laundromat

Cons:

Breakfast is not only small in quantity but almost unedible (a small croissant, a small piece of bread and microwaved scrambled eggs on a single slice of ham). Thankfully we didn't pay anything for it as we got it as a free genius upgrade.

Rigtig godt
Pros:

Virkelig hyggeligt og pænt hotel. Værelserne er ægte “Kyoto-stil”. Venligt personale. Det eneste minus er morgenmaden, som er meget simpel. Der ligger dog en McD lige ved siden af :-)
