Pros:

Location wise it is good

Cons:

Not well maintained. Door locks are not working properly and this is ideally not good for families as it is used by casino bachelor who come to goa to play.

Will mot stay there again
Pros:

Property is not in the best condition, there was hair on the bed, toilet seat in both rooms were not in place properly, one room the commode was dirty. We had to have our rooms changed to get decent accommodations. One of the rooms the fan made a loud noise. After they moved us to different rooms it was ik but i will not stay at any TGIameya hotels again.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft for my liking & hence sleep was very disturbed. AC was not sufficient to keep the required temperature & hence comfort was compromised.
The breakfast was with sufficient options & good.

Overall fine. Need improvement with in house food
Pros:

Neat ambience. Allowed early check in. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Dirty tea kettle with tea mugs. No bell boy to help with luggage. Even the staff at reception didn't help with the opening of the door while pulling our luggage. No hand towels in bathroom. In house restaurant inadequate to handle more than 2 guests. Delay of 1 hour to serve dinner. Also inspite of taking order for vegetarian meals, was served non vegetarian order of other guest to us. Hot and sour soup was made in a rush with excess spices, making it unpalatable. On bringing to their notice, they didn't charge us for the same.

superb stay which was worth for the money spent
Pros:

front office staff especially Mr Basil and others were very good, Room service was exceptionally good, Breakfast was ok ,was not much worth for the amount

Cons:

Renovation work in front space of hotel was going on, so it was a bit dusty. road and surrounding areas are not kept nicely. could plant trees and placing inter lock stone would be good
