Rundum zufrieden

Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved.

we asked for two beds and they gave us a queen bed. We stayed one night in these conditions with the promise of changing the room another day. They did change our room but gave us another bed that was together but separate. Smaller than the previous bedroom... in short, uncomfortable but otherwise fine

I recently stayed at this aparthotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. There was no water supply to the entire building for two mornings and one night. All the hotel did was send an email notifying guests of the situation—no attempt was made to assist us or offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Without water in my studio, I couldn’t use the kitchen or the bathroom, which left me in a frustrating position. I had to waste time going out to buy bottled water just to freshen up and wash myself in the morning, making me late for important appointments. The toilet situation was even worse, as it became unhygienic and unusable with no way to flush.

The hotel’s response to the problem was completely inadequate. They refused to offer any compensation or even a gesture of goodwill, which is disgraceful when you’ve paid for a stay and don’t receive even the most basic necessities. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it’s simply not worth the money when they can't handle issues like this with the slightest bit of professionalism or care for their guests.

There is parking lot for guests, but need to be booked beforehand for 25 euros per day. There is always a kitchenette for every Numa apartment. Shower water is quite strong, plus points, be like.

Nos asignaron la habitación en la planta tercera sin ascensor, incómodo para ir con maletas y para volver de la feria cansados.
El Gym no estaba operativo por reformas
El desayuno muy bueno, pero muy lentos.

Die numa blocs liegen sehr geschickt zum Zentrum in Frankfurt .. sind gut ausgestattet und prima in Schuss!! .. leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und lag zur Strasse .. damit war das Balkontüröffnen keine Alternative .. ausserdem war das Gym wegen Renovierung geschlossen

Room was dusty but otherwise clean. The layout of the maisonette was very awkward because of lots of wasted space. We wanted two bedrooms but both beds were in same room whereas there was a completely empty room on the lower level. The bathroom was on the lower level, which was very inconvenient for trips to it in the middle of the night. The makeup light over the sink only lit up one side of your face. The shower drain was slow enough to cause a back up that resulted in a flooded floor.

Location liegt zentral, eigentlich auch stilvoll eingerichtet, Sauberkeit, war aber katastrophal. Haare auf dem Boden, in Regalen, am Bügeleisen, Zahnputzspritzer an den Wänden.
Staubig, Spiegel nicht geputzt, Rasier, Spiegel fettig, Abfluss verstopft, Tische nicht gereinigt, Boden nicht Feucht gereinigt (Überall Flecken),
Flecken an den weißen Türen.

Der Check in ist eine Katastrophe. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Parkplätze so gut wie keine vorhanden außer ein Parkhaus was recht teuer ist. Im Bad sind neben dem wc Flecken an der wand wo ich nicht wissen möchte was es ist. Denke das war das erste und letzte mal für mich. Sorry.

4 Arbeitskollegen waren mit dort einquartiert und in jedem Zimmer dasselbe.

gute Lage - schöne Zimmer

Keine Email mit dem Zugangscode vor Ankunft erhalten, vor Ort steht man vor verschlossenen Türen, Kommunikation per Telefon nicht möglich, Kommunikation mit dem Chatbot steril und aufwendig nur über Whatsapp möglich. Zustand des Zimmers super, das Gym wegen fehlender Hanteln und Bänken letztlich nicht benutzbar.

Overall it was a great experience. The room was spacious and even had a kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/etc. I didnt use it, but there was a laundry room on premise. I loved the keypads to enter the property and my room. My only complaint was that there were some hairs on the bed when i arrived. Everything smelled fresh and clean, so i assume it was maybe just from the person who cleaned the room before i came. Great value.

Ich bin Fan des Konzepts: keine Rezeption, alles digital, dadurch Kosten gespart und günstige Unterkunft. Außerdem modernes Design und zentrale Lage, was will man mehr?

Man will eben z.B. auch ein Zimmer, das nicht riecht wie eine Kneipe am morgen nach einer Party. In Zimmer 1005 wurde ganz offensichtlich über längeren Zeitraum intensiv geraucht, nach direkter Beschwerde wurde etwas Parfum gesprüht. Das reicht aber absolut nicht aus, ich ekle mich vor dem Geruch, den meine Haare am nächsten Morgen angenommen haben.

Das Zimmer muss mit Ozon behandelt, die Möbel gereinigt oder einfach das ganze Zimmer renoviert werden. Parfum reicht echt nicht.

Kissen und Möbel haben zudem widerliche Flecken. Für mich war es das.

Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer, ruhige Lage fussläufig nahe zur Innenstadt.
