Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber & schön eingerichtet! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit immer wechselnden Dingen. Die Lage war auch super!

Hotel mit erstklassigem Ausblick
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet einen unglaublich schönen Meerblick, die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und es gibt ein leckeres Frühstück. Zudem gibt es neben dem Spa auch einen kleinen Sportraum der solide ausgerüstet ist und über den wir uns gefreut haben. Zudem ist der kleine Hafen mit Bars und Restaurants nahegelegen, nur einen kurzen Weg den Hügel hinunter. Wie fanden es perfekt und haben 2 Tage verlängert.

Cons:

Die Armaturen im Bad sind schwarz gehalten und zeigen mittlerweile deutlich Spuren durch die Reinigung ( die Farbe ist abgerieben) oder Kalkablagerungen. Die Fixierung des kleinen Duschkopf lockert sich zunehmend. Da könnte vielleicht ein Augenmerk drauf geworfen werden. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Müşteri hizmetlerinin kalitesiz ve tecrübesiz olduğu, kesinlikle Booking’ten rezervasyon yapılmaması gereken bir otel. Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra gece geç saatlerde otele vardığımızda adımıza bir rezervasyon olmadığını ve yardımcı olamayacaklarını, Booking’in müşteri hizmetlerini aramamızı söylediler, halbuki biz rezervasyonu yaptırıp ödemesini yapmıştık konaklamanın. Daha sonra 1 gecelik sadece bir odalarının müsait olduğunu ve geceyi orada geçirmemizi önerdiler, ertesi gün 3-4 saatlik uykudan sonra otel müdürüyle görüştüğümüzde sorunun otelden kaynaklandığı, Booking’le entegrasyon sistemlerinde bir sıkıntı olduğu ve konaklamamız süresince müsaitlik durumu olmadığı için de sürekli aynı odada kalamayacağımız söylendi. Doğal olarak biz de anca 3-4 saat uyuyabildiğimiz gecenin ücretini ödeyip otelden ayrılmak istedik. Yaşattıkları mağduriyete rağmen Booking’ten ödediğimiz gecelik ücretin çok daha fazlasını talep edip tahsil ettiler. Kesinlikle çok kötü bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Un concediu fara cusur care te face sa te gandesti deja la urmatorul 🏖️

Pozitionarea superba fata de malul marii , gradina cu flori, rasaritul de soare si marea vazute din pat, cei 4 pisoi zburliti si mama lor care s-au bucurat de fiecare mic dejun
