Pros:

Authentic, quiet, in front of the sea, very good food, scuba diving centre in one of the hotels building.

If you expect luxury this is not the place, you live the sea and you touch the nature.

You have private parking.

The location is strategic, between Tulum and Akumal.

Food is great even if a little expensive compared to other places in the city.
