the room as clean but in general the hotel is old and no elevator the room is very small , staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast was acceptable , the location was amazing and near to everything

The location.

We just arrived at Meva Hotel Konya, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised a "queen bed," but what we found was a mattress far too small—even for one person! For reference, a standard queen bed should measure at least 152cm x 203cm (60in x 80in), and this was nowhere close to those dimensions. Then, despite our reservation being for a twin bed, neither the receptionist nor the hotel manager helped us switch rooms. We tried calling hotel customer service, but they were absolutely useless: they didn’t solve anything, refused to cancel the reservation, and wouldn’t issue a refund. We plan to file a formal complaint and lawsuit against these scammers for their unprofessional and misleading practices. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Otel genel olarak memnun kaldık . Kahvaltı dışında , kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir. Peynirler kokuyordu. Genel olarak çok eksik kahvaltı.

Centraal in het centrum, alles is binnen loopafstand en vriendelijk personeel.

I would like a refund this hotel was terrible! it had a terrible smell the rooms looked nothing like the pictures the temperature was hot the hotel service didn’t help us at all he was rude and disrespectful this is not a hotel its trash id rather sleep in my car then go to this hotel but i had my family with me so I couldn’t and the service didn’t even gave us a chance to have a refund wich we immediately knew it was a scam he knew it was a scam also! you could tell he was guilty but didn’t say anything i wish i looked at this trash hotel before giving my money to waste! And we didn’t stay there thats why we dont have pictures to show you. dont go to this hotel unless you want to smell the sewers.

Lovely place, bit small but great location, walkable, next to Mevlana Muzeai, town center.

Hotel très bien situé, à 2 pas du Mevlada museum et du quartier animé.
Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais sauf 1 personne.
Le petit dejeuner est assez leger mais ok.
Par contre je n'ai pas pu check in à 17h30, on m'a demandé de revenir 1 heure plus tard pour installer une ampoule dans la salle de bain qui n'a jamais été installée finalement!

We stay for one night and everything walkable. Place is clean but small. Breakfast is ok but lots to eat and shopping around the area.

Sade bir butik otel. Oda temizdi banyo da temizdi. Kahvaltısında genel olarak minik paketli kahvaltılıklar vardı. Diğer otellerin oda için verdiği su,terlik vs yoktu. Bizim kaldığımız oda bi tık minikti.

Ne musluktan sıcak su akar ne Tv çalışır bildiğin temiz oda o kadar başka yok sabah kahvaltı desen vasat çürümüş zeytinler zaten daha da gitmem

Temiz, klima 30 derece ısıtıyor max, 24 saat sıcak su vardı, televizyon telefona bağlanabilen youtube netflix gibi uygulamaları vardı, duşakabini küçüktü ama idare eder, sadece klozet vardı şahsen alaturka olsun isterdim, manzara yoktu benim odamda, küçük bir pencere vardı, ışık 2 modluydu gayet memnun etti, gardırop ve soğutma dolabı yoktu, çift yorgan ince ve dolgulu olmak üzere ve çok temiz, havlı ve sabunu vardı.
