Great apartments
Pros:

Our second stay here and would stay here again and again. The staff are friendly, the location is great and the apartment is clean and spacious.

Pros:

We were so lucky to stay at Kaya apartments in Kalkan for 5 nights at the start of June 2023. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos.
The kitchen was well equipped and even had a dish washer and cafetière for coffee. Downstairs the complex had a washing machine that we were kindly allowed to use when the staff were in the office.
The whole building and complex was brand new, polished and immaculately clean. The pool was cute, perfect for an afternoon dip and chilling out. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went to use it which was nice.
The view from the balcony is another feature that drew us to this particular accommodation and we weren’t disappointed - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with chill out music.
Kaya Apartments are located up a steep hill up from the marina and the old town, only 5 minutes walk away with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Quiet and peaceful enough most of the time - only some loud music drifting up till about midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
The marina and surrounding area was good for walking, running etc and obviously for getting boat tours or the shuttle to local beach clubs etc.
Merve and the staff were so kind and helpful. Even before arriving assisted with advice and travel arrangements etc. Had a transfer to Kayakoy and then another airport shuttle to Dalaman also kindly arranged by Merve.
We wholeheartedly recommend Kaya Apartments in Kalkan. ❤️

Pros:

Kaya apartment is very nice, spacious with big comfy bed, modern bathroom and powerful air conditioning units.
It is only few minutes walk to Kalkan old town with lots of restaurants, bars, groceries shops around the vicinity. Highly recommended Kaya apartment in Kalkan.

Awesome apartment and very clean!
Pros:

The appartement is beautyful and absolute clean. The check-in was very easy. The location is also very good, the shops and restaurants are just around the corner. I would definitly return.
