Behagelig rom, svært god service
Pros:

Fantastisk rom, behagelige senger. Deilig å ha en sittegruppe. De ansatte var svært imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Spesielt vil jeg trekke fram The Concierge Captain Ms. Chisato, som hjalp oss med et praktisk problem det var vanskelig å ordne opp i selv. Tusen takk!

Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Coffee was from a Nespresso maker. No hot chocolate for the kids.

I liked that the towels were changed everyday and room cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The pillows seems ok at first but slowly deflated thru the night. The bed also needs to a a bit firmer.

設備が新しく清潔

Cons:

当初の予約時に4部屋予約していたが前日に一部屋キャンセルし3部屋を希望していたが、チェックイン時2部屋になっていた。フロントが私のほうが間違っていると主張し、ブッキングドット・コムの予約画面を見せ3部屋にしてれたが、私が間違っているのを騒ぐから無理やり3部屋にした感じがして不愉快だった。
低反発の枕を希望したが無かった。
