Pros:

Hotel has a lift. Mattress great back support. Large private bathroom, plenty of bath n hand towels available. . Very good location. Female receptionist was willing n determined to understand you via Google translate, super friendly she was.

Cons:

Bedroom stuffy, air from my outside window came from back stair case. No real fresh air, mainly just dust smell. Hotel noise echoes a bit. Regardless, value for private room and location is very good.

Nous avons rencontré certaines difficultés liées à l’organisation et au service de cet établissement.

Tout d’abord, nous avons attendu près de cinquante minutes à la réception afin d’obtenir des informations pour la location d’un scooter, malgré de nombreuses sollicitations répétées via la sonnette, restées sans réponse. Ce n’est qu’à l’issue de cette attente anormalement longue que nous avons pu échanger avec une employée de ménage, qui a finalement servi d’intermédiaire avec l’hôtel.

Il nous a alors été indiqué que la location de scooter était conditionnée à la détention d’un permis international - ce qui est faux. Faute d’anticipation et d’information claire de la part de l’établissement, nous avons dû nous organiser par nos propres moyens. À cet égard, il est à noter que nous avons pu louer un scooter très facilement auprès d’un prestataire extérieur, ce qui interroge sur la pertinence des contraintes invoquées par l’hôtel.

Par ailleurs, des demandes simples du quotidien, telles que l’obtention de couverts (fourchettes), ont donné lieu à des échanges inutilement laborieux, proches d’une négociation.
