Nice facilites but had several problems.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, liked having the pumps of shampoo, lotion and soap. TV did not work right, but the air conditioning was great.

Cons:

Several times I had to get my keys reset at the office because they would stop working. Also double charged me for my room and was not told the correct information about when the charges would drop off.

Pros:

A hidden gem. Very comfortable, clean and close to Spanish Springs in the Villages. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Need to add variety to the breakfast menu.

Loved staying there 3 years ago but went down hill today maybe changed owner s ?

It down graded from 2023 cheaper the quality of break fast

Cons:

First room had cockroaches brought to front desk and changed my room second room was somewhat better no bugs at least ,decorated flower pots on First floor were all well maintained 3 years earlier and this same pots were dead I have pictures from 3 years ago and just last week to prove

Great location and comfortable. Office staff courteous and accommodating additional day.
Pros:

The size of the room was great with a balcony. A full size refrigerator with an ice maker was great. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet.

Cons:

No soap in the bath dispensers. Floors could be cleaner.

Nice place to stay
Cons:

We did not receive service after a 3 day stay. Really not a problem. We use towels twice and bedding after 3 days is not a problem. My husband requested a shower soap and conditioner and it was never replenished. Luckily we went to Walgreens and purchased travel size items. Everything else was great with accommodation.

Pros:

The esthetics of the hotel were visually appealing.

Cons:

My room had no towels or other linens. The front desk fixed the issue with no problems.
