Pros:

The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The lady that was working the morning shift was very rude and nasty toward us.

Pros:

The layout of the room and the bathroom shower. The water was very hot. And the room got cold. Nice pillows . Location.

Cons:

The roaches. Everything was Dusty, no hairdryer. The pool needs to be cleaned. The patio/porch door had no shield on the outside of the lock. My husband was worried about someone breaking in the door easily. You can also feel all the springs in the mattress.

Pros:

Clean, quiet & bed was comfortable.

Cons:

You need to put Tea bags in rooms. Some of us do NOT drink coffee. And Ice machine was too far away ( front) we were in the back

Even though it is convient to our family, i will find somewhere else to stay next visit
Pros:

This is our second time staying here because of the convient location to our family. The place hasnt changed in 2 years.
It suited our purpose.

Cons:

We asked 3 or 4 times for a light bulb for one of the lamps and never did receive it. Then the the 5th day of our stay my room was completely ignored. The previous days we had our bed made and fresh towels and the garbage was removed. On day 5 nothing was done. We complained to the manager Lakeysia Ward and was told we needed to let them know at the beginning of our stay if we wanted the room cleaned. I didnt need the room cleaned and it never was but at least the beds were made and the towel replaced and garbage removed. I was not happy with her attitude and probably wont stay here again on our next visit. Also the pool was full of leaves. I didn't want to us it.

Really bad no recommends stay here
Pros:

Nothing I was to expensive for the night. Pool was dirty. The bathroom dirty the tv don’t work.

Cons:

Pool dirty, room smell bad, microwave in the room didint open. Bathrooms dirty. No tv no hot water

Highly recommended!
Pros:

This hotel was perfectly located to the Villages. It was beautifully landscaped and parklike. The room was clean and it was very dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

The overnight clerk didn't accommodate a guest request to let us check in after booking 1 am.
After a 7 hour drive. I had to pay out of packed
US 145. I would not recommend coming at this property

Extremely filthy .. smelled like a kennel.. leak in sink.. filthy carpet, chairs, pot ash in drawer, dirty bathroom , curtains help together wi duct tape. Awful.

Great time away
Pros:

Perfect spot to stay for a few nights. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very nice and the check in was stress-free. Accommodations were perfect. We stayed in the king suite. The water pressure was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had a little bit of the essentials that you may need.

Cons:

We didnt like that the hotel did not have a spinge, dish liquid, dish cloth, and a roll of paper towels. When you offer a kitchenette these things should be available as a starter.
Also, when you stay in a hotel in the Villages, they do not offer simple guest passes. This would be nice if you wanted to see a show or go to a class, or to play games at the recreation centers. You can into the recs but you can not play darts, or shuffleboard, etc.
It was our misunderstanding. We thought because the hotel was inside the Villages, that we would have been able to use some of the amenities, besides the squares and shops.

Pros:

A clean comfortable room at a good rate. Convenient and walkable to Spanish Springs square. I appreciated the laundry facilities which were clean and secure so I didn't have to sit while the load ran. Easy check in and out.

Pros:

Older gentlemen was awesome for a 11pm checkout. Came back at 1am for some cheetos and a hot pocket at front desk. Room had a balcony.
