Alles in allem sehr gut! Wir waren überaus zufrienden.
Pros:

Alles in allem war das Frühstück sehr gut. Herausragend war der gigantische Nutella-Spender. Sehr freundliches Personal, trotz des hohen Eincheck-Aufkommens.

Dirty and stained carpets and room, unprofessional staff

Cons:

Carpets on the floor and in the room were filthy dirty, there were stains of various color in the room furniture. When I told the assistant manager about this. His response was that management are aware of this and not able to solve this. He said that I can change rooms but no assurance that next room would be any cleaner. I was there for three nights as already had paid in advance, and no one cleaned anything.

Personal war nett das Kinderbett wurde sofort nachgeliefert. Zimmer und Bett waren okay. Die Lage ist ruhig aber sehr zentral.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz bzw Tiefgarage ist Preis mäßig eine absolute KATASTROPHE und bodenlose FRECHHEIT. 29 EURO pro TAG ist schon Wucher und sollte einmal überdacht werden den selbst die Lage gerechtfertigt solch einen Preis nicht. Schade es auch nicht hier auf booking.com nicht hinterlegt ist den dann hätt ich mir ein anderes hotel gesucht.

An sich ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis.

Cons:

Leider hat die Einrichtung im Massenbetrieb schon etwas gelitten. In unserem Waschbecken floss das Wasser nicht ab, und es roch muffig. Beim Frühstück ist zu wenig Platz für die vielen Menschen und zu wenig Personal, um für Ordnung zu sorgen und die Tische abzuräumen und sauber zu machen.
