Perfect location to be dropped off at as very accessible for cars and easy to walk from to main areas, restaurants and great parts of the old town. Very stylish and attractive hotel. We upgraded to the large room with the panoramic harbour view and could see to the other side of town. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. They also organised our shuttle to San Antonio port which was much appreciated.
Coffee could be improved a bit, even the one I ordered one afternoon. I didn’t get milk with it and had to pay for it.
Ein sorgfältig renoviertes und außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es atmet den Geist der Blütezeit von Valparaíso. Ich habe mich nicht wie in einem typischen Hotel gefühlt, sondern eher wie ein von Freunden eingeführter und vom ersten Moment an geschätzter Gast, bei Gastgebern mit einem weiten Horizont und einem sicheren Gefühl für Stil. Wo gibt es das schon, dass eine Hotelbesitzerin ihr Haus mit Kunstgegenständen ausstattet, die sie von ihren eigenen Reisen in ferne Länder mitgebracht hat?
Eine kleine Anmerkung: Dass man für die Nutzung der Kaffeemaschine in der Lounge extra bezahlen soll, empfand ich als dem Stil des Hauses nicht angemessen. Hier gäbe es sicher elegantere Lösungen.

El personal de recepción y limpieza, muy amables y acogedores. Rodrigo, Simón y Daniela excelentes anfitriones.
El desayuno muy exquisito, con opciones vegetarianas y veganas.
Un lugar céntrico y a la vez muy tranquilo, cercano a muchos puntos de interés como restaurantes y paseos.

Everything was great! The place was historic, but so well kept. Everything is beautifully decorated and so so clean. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Location is superb, close to all the key points in Valparaiso. Paid parking available, but street parking was also easy to find. The breakfast was superb, variety of options and made to order eggs. Loved everything!

Excepcional hotel por su decoración, sus vistas, el trato del personal, la calidad de las instalaciones, la diversidad de platillos en el desayuno, el internet. Sin duda, ha sido una gran experiencia pasar el fin de semana en este espacio delicado y elegante con una de las mejores vistas de la bahía de Valparaíso.
El desayuno rico, con café de grano y agua con gas a disposición. Eso me encantó.

Después del 3er o 4to dia nos dimos cuenta que no nos habían cambiado las toallas del baño.
Puede que ahi falte información respecto de cual es el protocolo.

The room didn't have AC and would have been quite uncomfortable if the weather had been hotter.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much English though. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit, toast, eggs, coffee, etc.
Room was tight, as was the bathroom. No place for luggage. No air-conditioning so windows had to be open which allowed the street noises and barking dogs making a sound sleep impossible.
La ubicación en el corazón de Valparaíso, Cerro Alegre. Con una vista maravillosa a la bahía, habitaciones cómodas con todo lo necesario para tener un momento de relajo. El desayuno sencillo pero exquisito.
Se está quedando a la antigua, necesita renovarse, instalar A/C en las habitaciones y no dejar solamente un ventilador. No es un hotel barato como para caerse con esos detalles.
