sehr schön
Pros:

Die Auswahl, Qualität und die Darbietung des Frühstücksbuffets hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Altstadt ist sehr gut.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Schöner Altbau, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.

Schön gelegenes Hotel , nettes Personal, aber der bezahlte Parkplatz nicht wirklich frei nutzbar

- hatten ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof

- Schöne Dachterrasse für alle
- Aufzug vorhanden

Cons:

Die Parkplatz Situation ist unglücklich gelöst.
Unser Auto war abends zugeparkt , somit war eine Fahrt zum gebuchten Restaurant nicht möglich . ( danke an den niederländischen Kia Fahrer)

Pros:

De locatie was top, parkeerplaats voor de auto gereserveerd waardoor deze bij het hotel kon staan. Ontbijt was goed, vers en uitgebreid. Heidelberg is echt een prachtige stad.

We hadden in eerste instantie een kleine kamer, maar we konden zonder bijbetalen een grotere kamer krijgen. Goede service, vriendelijke jonge vrouw bij de receptie.

Cons:

We sliepen aan de weg kant (drukke weg) en het was bloedheet, maar door de mobiele airco's (die het amper koel konden krijgen) moest het raam open staan waardoor de slang naar buiten ging.
Het hotel kan niks aan de weersomstandigheden doen natuurlijk, maar de temperatuur op de kamer was hierdoor echt niet te harden en doordat het raam open moest blijven, veel lawaai van het verkeer buiten. Niet een heel goede nachtrust gehad dus.

Top Lage. Schönes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal!

Cons:

Wir konnten unsere Taschen nur bis 15 Uhr im Hotel deponieren am Abreisetah. Das war unpraktisch, da ich damit nicht gerechnet hatte und wir 4 Stunden mit Gepäck durch Heidelberg laufen mussten.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel, ganz nah an der Universität
Pros:

Das Frühstück war prima. Der Frühstückskoch war super nett!
Auch der Inhaber ist sehr zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Zur Straße ist es etwas laut, ich empfehle Zimmer zur anderen Seite.

Great location for the old town and lovely hotel
Pros:

Once I found the hotel it was very easy to access. When I say found it, the sat nav had taken me a little too far down the road and it's o one way street. It is literally at the very top of the street.

I had missed check-in (just) but I had been sent instructions how to access the key from the security box.

Parking was excellent as both spaces to the rear of the hotel were available. I'm not sure what is have done if they were taken as the instructions regarding the 3 spaces opposite were vague.

The room was nice if not a bit warm, but they had set up a fan as no aircon.

Very clean room and bathroom and shower was good.

Vending machine in reception was handy and it serves alcohol at a reasonable price too.

I had never been to Heidelberg before but had unknowingly arrived on the day off the castle illuminations. Town was only a few minutes walk away and it was buzzing with atmosphere and very busy. The illuminations display and fireworks were a bonus.

Room was a single so only a single bed.

Cons:

Because of the castle illuminations the street outside the hotel was gridlocked. This wasn't a problem in the early evening as I headed out to the old town but it was noisy later on when I returned as many impatient drivers were beeping their horns whilst I was trying to sleep.

Zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße und ganz unter, da war es doch in der Nacht recht laut.

Queja por mala atención en contacto con la recepción.
Pros:

La ubicación cercana al centro histórico.

Cons:

El servicio de atención de emergencias, pésimo. Fue imposible el contacto telefónico con la recepción para solucionar un problema de llaves. La atención de recepción personalizada hasta las 4:00 pm es insuficiente, no se corresponde con la tarifa.
