Mi único comentario es que pongan algo en los cuartos que huelen a humedad , lo demás bien

Great service and a great property for the zone!

Had a problem with our room that they managed to fix.
Restaurant was good and had helpful staff

Horrible ! A fuir ! Chambre en sous-sol avec une minuscule fenêtre à hauteur du plafond (prison ?) Odeur d’humidité insoutenable. Personnel ne parlant pas un mot d’anglais. Salle d’eau vétuste mais propre. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à plus de 2h00 du matin car la musique du restaurant de l’hôtel est très très forte, déplacement de mobilier en pleine nuit, le personnel parle très fort dans les parties communes. Même les boules quies n’ont pas suffit à couvrir les bruits. Heureux d’être partis dans un nouvel hôtel.

Este es un hotel bonito y bien equipado en la zona. Tiene un restaurante donde se come muy rico y te atienden de maravilla. Las habitaciones son lindas y superaron mis expectativas

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst accommodations I have stayed in Mexico. They water was not working but they refused to either provide help with water to flush toilets or refused to cancel our reservation for us to find another hotel. Really bad experience. Unhelpful staff.

Hôtel au bord de la route principale donc bruyant. Chambre spacieuse et propre literie correcte. Serviette avec des trous dommage.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel pour faire une étape avant de visiter Calakmul. Il se situe effectivement au bord de la route avec passage de camions. Parking devant l’hôtel. Nous avons eu une chambre qui donnait à l’arrière du bâtiment plutôt calme sauf lorsqu’il y a du monde dans le hall. Chambre assez confortable. Le ménage de la salle de bain pourrait être approfondi. Le restaurant à côté de l’hôtel propose une lunch box très appréciable. Le restaurant Ma’alobkin à quelques mètres de l’hôtel est excellent pour un repas et le petit déjeuner.

L’hôtel elle-même est très bien. Mais le choix de chambre est soit en face de la rue ou des énormes camions bruyants passent toute la nuit, ou soit une chambre avec aucune fenêtre ne donnant sur l’extérieur. Staff très gentil et aidant.

Our booking was not well made by the hotel as there was only 1 room in stead of 2. They urgently kicked somebody out of his room to fulfull our booking. The room we got was soso.. a bit smelly. There are loud people in the lobby, no warm water. The restaurant next door is cheap but the hamburgers were good... feel they work with 2 different menus one for locals one for tourists. Took an awfull time before we gor drinks and when paying the bill they 'forgot' to give 400 pesos back (out of 480...)...

Buen acceso a la carretera y los sitios arqueológicos cerca.

El hotel es muy acojedor, a pie de carretera por lo que el transito vehicular es toda la noche; muy cercano a zonas arqueologicas; con wifi irregular y con restaurante

This is a small and cheap hotel that's good for an overnight stay.

Unfortunately, myself and the CheapTickets agent were unable to reach the hotel to inform them a few hours before of my late night arrival. Luckily, I didn't arrive too late and was able to check in. The hotel is very near a busy road and the door is kept opened during the day, so you constantly hear traffic noise. There is a dirt path along the road, so a face-mask is highly recommended.

My room on the first floor had a foul smell, so bad that I had to spray perfume around the place to mask the odor. On my first day there, one lady and what seemed to be her kids knocked on my door, offering to clean my room. I politely declined.

More seriously, on my second (and last) day, a man opened the door with a key, without knocking, and proceeded to enter the room. When he saw me there, he excused himself, closed the door, and left. I could only imagine what could have happened to my things if I weren't there. I later informed the desk clerk about this, and he stated that it must have been the cleaner. To which, I told him that they really need to knock on a closed door before entering.

The restaurant next door is convenient, serves good food, and has a great staff.

The hotel is located near the long-distance bus station.

It should have their lines of communication open, freshen the room, close the front door, and train the staff to be a bit more professional and respectful.

Chambre toute équipée par contre les nôtres donnaient sur la route principale, boucles quies nécessaires !
Quiproquos lors de l'attribution des chambres car elles étaient différentes de celles réservées mais corrigé dans la foulée

Nette ruime kamers. Bar aan de overkant van de straat maakt wel wat muziek. Ontbijt service is traag, maar dat heb je wel vaak in mexico

Limpieza adecuada en todo el hotel. Extraños ruidos sobre el inicio de alguna bomba de agua o algo similar durante gran parte del día y noche.

Un hotel conveniente si tu intención es visitar la reserva de Calakmul.
Amplias y limpias las habitaciones, el personal muy amable
