Great hotel. Staff very helpful

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok, hot and cold choices. This hotel is dark. Lighting is awful, in the rooms, in the hallways. Difficult to read, get dressed in the rooms with dingy light. Hallway lights only on when it detects movement. You walk into the hallway in the dark and get off the elevator in the dark. Our room had bad a/c and the hotel worked very hard to provide a better room. Location is in a low end neighborhood that felt risky. Up Hill walk from center of town, we used Uber to alud walking that area and the low grade long uphill. The staff makes up for shortcomings and they work very hard to respond to guests.

Great hotel and friendly staff a short walk from Porto down town

Great hotel with a highly rated pizza restaurant located inside. The property was clean and had a great shower and a comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism would have to be the location. Although it was walkable it was located farther from the points of interest we wanted to see. Other than location it was a wonderful choice.

Bad staff

I likd the elegant and modern hotle, the design of the room with french balcony, the finishes , everything was new and clean, walking distance to the market and landmark buildings, friendly and helpful staff at the reception , great breakfast with resinible price

The hotel is amazing. The staff is superb. The bed was great. The shower was great. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great and well worth the price. The hotel is a bit removed from "everything", but close enough.

PLEASEEE believe me when I say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! This hotel was super clean and loved their design. The staff was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was soo good! I felt very comfortable staying here as the location was great for tourist activities. My birthday fell on one of the days I was at the hotel, they went above and beyond to send me cake and champagne for my birthday! No hotel has ever done that so wow to them for remembering my birthday and help me celebrate it! I'm just in awe of the hotel and staff!

No parking at the hotel and parking at the silo is expensive. There is a private lot nearby that charges $10 euro per day.

Loved our room at this hotel! It was spacious, well stocked and clean. Felt very comfortable here and the staff were lovely.

Excellent boutique hotel. Although in a quiet area just outside of central Porto, the local Metro Marquês was a 10min walk and just 4 stops from Ponte Luis 1

The property was so beautiful and comfortable and the team was so kind and helpful.

Though a little up the steep hills of the city center. It's access to the metro was convenient. The restaurant was really good (pizzeria), breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Rooms were luxurious. The city a very lovely city. The only issue I had was the supermarkets were a little walking distance.

Amazing Hotel! The bed is the comfiest of my whole trip in Portugal. Clean and stylish room with good amenities such as hair conitioner and body lotion. A little bit further out from the city centre but still within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Rooms were clean and spacious. There are no drawers in the rooms. Bring packing cubes to store your undergarments. Blow dryer is great. Breakfast was just ok- we expected a better selection of food.

A very nice hotel within an easy walk of Porto Centre.
