Jediná snídaně z toho byla naprosto výjimečná kromě těchto problémů.

Personál v rámci pracovní náplně pokojských v některých případech neuspokojivý. Několikrát pokojskou otevřen náš pokoj zda bychom potřebovali uklidit pokoj, i když nikde jsme nevyvěsili cedulku pro úklid pokoje. Volání z recepce na pokoj po dobu 2 dnů z neznámých důvodů. Nadále rozbité těsnění od skleněných dveří od sprchového koutu. S tím souvisela i rozbitá roleta. Absence žehličky a žehlícího prkna, pouze na požádání na recepci. Také nebyla varná konvice, místo k uchování bot, kufrů. Opakované problémy s kartami. Některé servírky s neprofesionálním přístupem - otrávenost, čekání u stolu na dojedení snídaně. Za celý pobyt jsme také ani nezjistili kde se nachází venkovní terasa.

Very stylish, spacious and clean room. The staff is really kind. The little details like pasteis de nata complement and personally hand-written card in the room are really nice. The food was really good - on breakfast and in the restaurant.

Schönes, modernen Hotel, etwas weiter weg gelegen.
Pros:

Ein schönes, stylisches Hotel. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Zimmer war schön und das Bad war auch gut gemacht. Terrasse läd für gemütlichen Abend ein.

Cons:

Entfernung zur Altstadt war doch recht weit. Wenn man den ganzen Tag läuft und abends dann nochmal in die Altstadt möchte, war es ziemlich anstrengend.
Alle Mitarbeiter tun nett, aber ziehen ein Gesicht und sind recht wortkarg, man musste ihnen ziemlich viel aus der Nase ziehen und waren einem nicht so behilflich. Schade gewesen. Außer die vom Housekeeping, die war freundlich und strahlte.

Superb hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel, facilities, amenities, breakfast, location, and customer service were all excellent. Our flight was delayed into Porto so we didn't check-in until 2am or later but the hotel has a 24/7 concierge which was staffed and serviced was great. Airport to the hotel is only around 15mins by taxi/Bolt. Hotel is a short 5-10mins walk into the city. Even though the hotel is close to the main road, being inside the hotel it was very quiet.

Magnifique hôtel et très bon accueil
Pros:

Super accueil ! Une équipe véritablement au petit soin. On a adoré toutes les petites attentions de bienvenue. L'hôtel est beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Literie très confortable.

L'hôtel est au calme et un peu éloigné du centre de Porto (20mn)
