Хороший отель с отличными завтраками
Pros:

Отель красивый, большой выбор на завтраках, вкусный кофе, можно заварить настоящий чай в чайничках. Персонал дружелюбный, организовали экскурсию по городу с персональным гидом - очень понравилась.
У нас был ночной рейс, в отель приехали рано утром - нас сразу заселили и пригласили на завтрак, за что огромное спасибо! Посещали зону спа (за отдельную плату) - требует обновления, но в целом приятно после целого дня прогулок поплавать в бассейне и посидеть в хаммаме.

Cons:

Хотелось бы улучшить взаимодействие сотрудников ресепшена отеля с администрацией спа, приходилось несколько раз перезванивать сотрудникам ресепшена и напоминать о нашем желании сходить в спа (самостоятельно забронировать сеанс нельзя было)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. After a negative experience with another hotel in Samarkand I booked this hotel last minute and checked in on the same day. This hotel is shown as 3-stars but honestly should be 4 stars. The staff were kind enough to upgrade me for free to a deluxe room and after the poor conditions of the first hotel this was such a life saver and positive experience. The room was spacious and clean and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was also amazing. Staff were so polite and professional. The location is also great and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Понравилось абсолютно всё!!! Везде чисто, красиво. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. На ресепшене вежливый персонал. Можно обратиться с любым вопросом. Очень приятно было находиться в гостинице!

Шикарный отель, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, хорошее расположение. Номера чистые, новые, завтрак хороший. Персонал замечательный! Со всем помогут и подскажут куда сходить, что посмотреть и тд. В отеле также потрясающий спа-центр!

Отличный отель в исторической части Самарканда
Pros:

1. Персонал отеля. Больше всего понравилась услуга: можно заказать шашлыки или пиццу из соседнего ресторана, а бармен накроет столик с этим заказом в лобби-баре на третьем этаже;
2. Просторный номер;
3. Идеальная чистота в номере и регулярная уборка.
4. Местоположение отеля. В старой части города, вблизи множество ресторанов и магазинов

1. Местоположение отеля. До основных достопримечательностей (Площадь Регистан, Шахи-Зинда) можно добраться только на такси;
2. При выезде проверяют номер как в советские времена)
