A very clean, spacious, and elegant hotel in a quiet area near the green University Boulevard. The rooms are huge, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. The staff truly represented the amazing Uzbek hospitality: highly professional, welcoming, and helpful. While it is not right next to the Registan, all main attractions are easily reachable by a quick taxi ride or a nice walk. The breakfast was also rich and tasty.

The best things about this hotel were the exceptional cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food, making it a perfect start to the day before exploring Samarkand. Very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and filled with all the amenities including dressing gowns, disposable slippers, plenty of towels, the safe, and toiletaries. it was located in a close proximity to many attractions and their main park. plenty of top notch restaurants around and easy to access to various parts of the city.

Excellent location and close to the city and the amenities. Well built and presentable building from outside and inside. I've stayed at luxury suite and it had all the comfort and amenities you'd expect from a european or western type hotels. staff are very courteous and go beyond their duty to help you with your needs.

Environment comfortable. Small fountain greenery is quite relaxing to sit inside no matter with beer at night or with coffee in the morning.

Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля. Сотрудники очень приветливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Нам даже помогли с багажом, что оставило очень приятное впечатление. Завтраки были разнообразными и вкусными, каждый мог найти что-то на свой вкус. Также приятно удивило, что по просьбе нам предоставили парогенератор для глажки одежды. В целом сервис и отношение персонала были на высоком уровне.

Отличное расположение! Внутри красиво и добротно! На свой день рождения получила подарок от отеля...выше классом номер предоставили. Завтрак отличный!

Отель красивый, большой выбор на завтраках, вкусный кофе, можно заварить настоящий чай в чайничках. Персонал дружелюбный, организовали экскурсию по городу с персональным гидом - очень понравилась.
У нас был ночной рейс, в отель приехали рано утром - нас сразу заселили и пригласили на завтрак, за что огромное спасибо! Посещали зону спа (за отдельную плату) - требует обновления, но в целом приятно после целого дня прогулок поплавать в бассейне и посидеть в хаммаме.
