I didn’t like the property at all, the water heater installed for double bed room size is very small it is having only 1.5 ltr capacity of Compton make.

Room housekeeping not done in my 4 days stay
There's nothing that we liked.
The receptionist doesn't know how to deal with customers, behaves very rudely and didn't meet the expectations. We had opted for breakfast just because we couldn't tell the order at the time they called which is 8 am. At 9 When we went to give the order they refused to take it but they ordered breakfast the same as the next room order in front of us by the way breakfast timing was 9.30am. Staff didn't provide adequate facilities in the room when treebo itself processed our request of extra bed hotel staff refused to give and made us wait until owner has come and they he agreed. Even after paying immediately in eve. the bed was provided at 10.30 pm only after asking them get bed again and again. Bathroom was not so clean and dustbin was not provided in bathroom.

I recently stayed at Hotel Stay Room and had a mixed experience. The hotel boasts good rooms, but unfortunately, they are not well maintained. The decor seems outdated and in need of renovation. While the daily cleaning service tries its best, the rooms often retain a persistent smell of smoke, which can be off-putting for non-smokers.
Additionally, there were some issues with basic amenities. In certain rooms, hot water was inconsistent, which made showering a bit inconvenient. Moreover, some of the AC remotes were dysfunctional, making it challenging to control the room temperature.
However, if you're a guest who primarily uses the room for sleeping and quick freshening up, you might find the stay acceptable. The absence of complimentary breakfast, as advertised on booking platforms like Booking.com or MakeMyTrip, is a downside.
Considering the overall experience and the price paid, I don't believe the value proposition matches up. While the rooms are adequate for basic needs, the lack of maintenance and amenities detracts from the overall comfort. Therefore, I would recommend exploring other options unless you're solely looking for a budget-friendly place to rest your head at night.
