Convenient location for those travelling without cars. I was impressed by the amazing view from our suite: a sweeping view of DTLA, Disney concert hall, and even the Hollywood sign!
The room felt like something that belongs to a hotel in East/Southeast Asia: modern, airy, yet elegant.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I ventured out of my comfort zone by trying a Spanish dish recommended by the server, and it was visually stunning and its taste was of the same quality. The breakfast for two was $117 with 21% tips (voluntary) and tax included.
Good value for the level of service and the great room!
What a lovely property with the best staff! I’ve stayed at a lot of nice hotels in my life and the Conrad still managed to stand out. The property itself isn’t large, but chic and spotless. The room I was upgraded to (very much appreciated) was lovely, with a nice city view. It’s a new property so everything is shiny and the design is on point.
The staff is also excellent. Front desk staff were so charming and helpful, especially Joy. And the server staff in the restaurant and poolside were polite and efficient.
There was some noise from an outdoor concert that went until about 10:30, but that’s hardly surprising given the hotel’s location smack dab across from Dorothy Chandler and Disney. The only suggestion I’d have for the property is to consider a white noise machine for the rooms facing the Jerry Moss Plaza.

From your arrival throughout your stay, you could not really ask for a better away-from-home experience. From the spacious room's stunning views and the provisions to the affability of the staff the experience is a welcome relaxing and agreeable change from even other Hilton (not to mention other chains) hotels. Room service is prompt, linens are plush, disposal bins are ample, & most importantly the beds are splendid in comfort and convenient to lighting, etc. What noise? It was quiet with an easily manipulated thermostat!
The ease of visiting the LA Philharmonic, Dorothy Chandler, Mark Taper Forum, the Ahmanson, or the Broad or Museum of Contemporary Art could not be easier walks for the able. Parking is expensive -- but this is car City. Access from the hotel to public transit is "brilliant;" Dash is only a quarter for disabled or senior citizens, and 50¢ for most places in the Central Business District [CBD].

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Conrad LA as part of our California anniversary trip. While in California, we took in a Laker's playoff game, saw the Redwoods at Muir Woods National Monument and went to Sequoia National Park. I am a Lifetime Diamond Team Member and we have stayed at 14 Waldorf Astoria’s and several other Hilton luxury properties across the globe. We have now stayed at all the Conrad Hotels in North America except the Conrad Indianapolis which we will visit after the renovations are complete. The 10th floor lobby area was nicely appointed and breakfast at the San Laurel restuarant was excellent. We received exceptional service from Antrell, Diana, Daisy, and Naomie. The infinite love couple's experience at the spa was amazing.
A special thanks to Olivia Letko for her hospitality and for elevating our guest experience. We will definitely be back!

The staff in every area are on point. They are nice, respectful, and do whatever they can to support your stay. Fabulous.
Location is exceptional to the Disney Hall, museums, and restaurants.
The spa is on its own level and offers a sauna and lounge room even without a spa service.
The pool area overlooks the horizon and Skye is ready to support your stay with drinks and towels.
Our room specialist was on point with making sure all amenities were stocked and provided a handwritten note and cupcakes for my son’s graduation and birthday. Thank you!
Manny was by far the best part of this establishment. He took us by house car to a restaurant and offered to move our car from regular parking to valet. Wow!!!! This made a world of difference in our stay! Thank you, Manny! I was amazed and ever thankful.
The only issue is that our room was small and only had a shower. There is no balcony. No wine glasses. Minimal bathroom amenities. I should have asked for an upgrade as a Diamond member but they were busy and I didn’t want to be a bother. Again, this my fault.
For those who are used to something far more grand, think the Waldorf, you may be a bit disappointed. As an option for a free reward, I would choose something else.
We had an amazing experience at Conrad LA! We were there the week before Thanksgiving for the Sabrina Carpenter concert. I was traveling with my daughter and her friend and we had two separate rooms. One of the rooms was an upgraded suite which was absolutely superb (although my daughter and her friend took that over!). There was a steam shower in there that was equivalent to one you would see in a gym like equinox. Beautiful views of LA. Housekeeping service was superb. We did dine in the bar/restaurant as well as Jose Andres San Laurel. Both were great restaurants and, of course, San Laurel “stole the show.” (I highly recommend the Crudo)
The staff were wonderful. One particular hotel manager certainly went “above and beyond.” La’Quan is as top of a manager as you can get. He provided exceptional service. Upon check-in, there was a minor issue that he addressed promptly with genuine care. His communication was clear and he ensured that the outcome exceeded any expectations that we had. He is the type of personnel that is a tremendous asset to a hotel or resort and deserves recognition.
The hotel is also quite close to downtown so if you are there for an event at Crypto.com Arena, it’s quite convenient. I highly recommend this property!
Mr Mateusz Gosztyla hotel manager, gave my Wife and family an outstanding experience and wanted to recognize the hotel and manager and staff for providing exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism, hospitality ,and attention to detail truly stood out. The manager Mr Gosztyla went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The property was very clean and operated with a level of care the reflects outstanding leadership.
A great manager sets the tone for an entire hotel, and it’s obvious that strong leadership is the reason this place runs so smoothly. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely return in the near future!

Truly lives up to its reputation as one of the finest hotels. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming from the valet to the front desk and to Raven the pool attendant. It’s a pricey stay but you justify it at every moment you’re there. Location to the Broad, Music Center, MOCA, Dataland and Disney Hall is unmatched.
Location, staff and amenities were excellent! Definitely a Conrad fan from this point forward and the view to the concert hall is unbeatable!
