Cons:

La habitación que nos toco estaba fatal. A las 7.30h de la mañana oímos un ruido fuerte de agua y estaba toda la entrada llena de agua que caía del aire acondicionado que no enfriaba nada. El baño pequeño, sin mampara, la cadena que no tiraba, tenías que darle 4 veces para que el papel se fuera. Hilo dental por el suelo de los anteriores que habían estado o vete tu a saber....
Nos ponían toallas limpias cada día, pero un chorreón de café desde que llegamos en el suelo y allí debe seguir.
Hay muchos enchufes y luces y solo funcionaba uno. La ventana solo cerraba a medias. Una porqueria vamos.
Desayuno nefasto, lo probamos un día y tuvimos claro que nunca más. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.

Decepcionante! Muito perto do Termini mas outros benefícios

É um hotel muito perto do terminal do Termini! Muito bom

Cons:

Tive dois problemas gravíssimos, fui no verão então estava muito quente naturalmente! Quando entramos no quarto percebemos que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, eles levaram 2 dias para irem checar o problema e quando foram não consertaram, apenas levaram um ventilador! O outro foi a limpeza, de primeira parecia limpo mas ao passar dos dias tive uma reação alérgica seríssima por conta da poeira, fui ver e estava tudo debaixo da cama

В целом отель неплохой , как для цены и качества ,но ремонт ему не помешал бы .
Из плюса : было хорошее расположение , замечательный персонал и для своей цены - отель действительно неплох . Не настолько,как описывают в отзывах

Cons:

из минуса подтекал унитаз,из-за этого слив воды периодически был невозможным. Завтраки однообразны : булочки,фрукта и йогурты , но хотя бы до обеда не голодный .
И очень слабый кондиционер для такой жары в августе , нас спасал дополнительный вентилятор , но приходилось спать, не укрываясь вовсе

El desauno consistía en bollería y zumo industrial. Estuve toda la semana pidiendo un vaso de leche fría, todos los días. Nunca llegó. Solicitamos checkout tardío y por teléfono me dicen que costará 15-20€. Cuando vamos a pagar nos dicen que habremos entedido mal, que habremos confundido 15 con 50 y que le demos 50 en efectivo. Solicito la factura y me dan un ticket de caja sin concepto alguno. Muy muy mala espina.

It was a very bad experience. The guy at the reception gave us a “private room” that was full of mould on the walls. The smell was disgusting, and the AC didn’t work. We insisted on changing rooms at 2 a.m., and he eventually gave us something more suitable. Overall, a very bad experience, with an extremely unpolite and unhelpful receptionist.

Pros:

El aire acondicionado no era muy fuerte y los del hotel nos dieron un ventilador para dormir mejor. Nos recomendaron un restaurante que repetimos tres veces.

Cons:

El zumo y el cafe no estaban muy buenos y el ascensor a veces no funcionaba porque había gente que se dejaba la puerta abierta y tenías que subir por escaleras. Pero son cosas que no dependen de ellos al final
