Las habitaciones estaban muy bien estéticamente y el hotel está bien ubicado, a 30 minutos andando de las atracciones turísticas más importantes y a 10/15 minutos en transporte público.
Cuando llegamos al hotel nos sorprendió su apariencia exterior, bastante descuidada y en obras, con un andamio como entrada. Cuando entramos no teníamos muy claro donde debíamos ir ya que resulta que en ese edificio hay tres hoteles, siendo cada recepción una puerta diferente. Las habitaciones se dividían por pasillos, cada uno correspondiente a un hotel, diferenciados por unas puertas de emergencia. El alojamiento era demasiado caluroso y la limpieza no era la más adecuada. La cama de matrimonio eran dos camas individuales juntas y la taza del vater estaba rota. Se me cayó un collar al suelo y al ir a recogerlo vi que la parte de debajo de la cama estaba llena de suciedad, polvo, chapas de botellas, un papel con manchas, una zapatilla, …
A hotelszoba adottságai megfelőlek voltak, tiszta és kulturált volt a szoba. A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes annak aki sokat utazik metróval és vonattal mivel a fő pályaudvar 5 perc sétára van.
A reggeli minden nap édes péksüteményekből, yoghurtból, kávéból, juiceokból állt, amikkel semmi probléma nem volt. Viszont ha az ember minden reggel ilyet eszik akkor egy idő után megunja.

Rozczarowujący początek i spore zastrzeżenia co do standardu
Niestety pobyt w hotelu pozostawił u nas mieszane, a w dużej mierze negatywne odczucia. Po przyjeździe zakwaterowano nas w pokoju o drastycznie niskim standardzie – przypominał on raczej ponurą piwnicę niż pełnowartościowy pokój hotelowy. Wewnątrz panował nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny, okno było zablokowane z widokiem na zaniedbane podwórze, a łazienka znajdowała się w opłakanym stanie (uszkodzony prysznic z pękniętym wężem, z którego wyciekała woda, uszkodzona deska klozetowa oraz niedziałający dozownik do mydła).
Prysznic w tym pokoju był niewyobrażalnie mały – naprawdę trudno było się w nim zmieścić. Do tego rurka trzymająca słuchawkę prysznicową była pęknięta, a telewizor w ogóle nie działał.
Robiłam jednocześnie dwie rezerwacje – dla nas i dla znajomych. Mimo że zapłaciliśmy dokładnie taką samą cenę, znajomi dostali pokój o połowę większy od naszego.
Po naszej zdecydowanej interwencji w recepcji przeniesiono nas do znacznie lepszego pokoju. Choć doceniamy szybką reakcję personelu, rodzi to istotne pytanie: dlaczego goście są w pierwszej kolejności kwaterowani w tak obskurnych warunkach? Gdybyśmy nie zgłosili sprzeciwu, musielibyśmy spędzić urlop w warunkach uwłaczających podstawowym standardom. Szacunek do klienta wymaga, aby od razu oferować pokój pełnowartościowy, bez konieczności walczenia o swoje prawa.
Dodatkowym rozczarowaniem okazały się śniadania. Mamy pełną świadomość specyfiki tradycyjnego włoskiego śniadania, jednak ograniczenie menu wyłącznie do słodkich wypieków na dłuższą metę jest po prostu uciążliwe i bardzo ubogie. Zdecydowanie brakuje chociażby minimalnego wyboru produktów wytrawnych.
Podsumowując: potencjał obiektu jest marnowany przez niedopuszczalny standard części pokojów i bardzo monotematyczne posiłki.

Room was very clean!
Wi-Fi signal gets lost, the A/C didnt cool as it should and the fridge wasn't cold. Plus no ice machine and no phone inside the room to call the front desk.
