Absolutely fabulous hotel! Loved our stay here from the second we walked in everything was amazing. Every attention to detail was appreciated and our room was gorgeous and amazing view. We stayed for a wedding anniversary trip and they put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely. Loved the use of the other hotel bars/restaurants but loved coming back to the W and the adults only option. The staff and service was above and beyond and great location on the beach. The only minor issue we had was the noise from the building site next door there are cranes absolutely everywhere in ear and eyeshot but honestly after the first 2 days I stopped hearing it the hotel cannot help what’s going on in surrounding areas. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture to give the W hotel guests a discount for the attico restaurant on the top floor but there was more than enough amazing restaurants on the all inclusive to chose from with their own amazing views.

Was given the wrong room that I had paid for initially and told there were no other rooms available even though I received a message before hand telling me everything was ready. When I complained about not having the sea view I paid for, magically within 7 minutes this room was available...not something I expect from a W hotel.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel Dubai, and overall, it was a fantastic experience, though there are a few things to note. The hotel is modern, stylish, and luxurious, with a bold, chic design that creates a high-energy vibe, particularly in the public spaces like the bar and lounge areas. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and sleek, modern bathrooms, offering a blend of comfort and style. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby shopping, dining, and attractions, though there is some ongoing construction nearby that can lead to noise, particularly during the day. While the service at the front desk could have been friendlier and more personable—there was a sense of distraction at check-in—the staff at the outdoor bar and Flamingo restaurant were exceptional. They were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a stunning rooftop bar offering great views of the city. Dining at Flamingo was also a highlight, with delicious food in a trendy setting. Despite the construction noise and minor service issues at the front desk, the W Hotel Dubai still provides a stylish and comfortable stay. The exceptional service at the bar and restaurant, along with the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and top-tier amenities, make it a solid choice for anyone looking for a luxury experience in Dubai.

Amazing service. All Inclusive option. Fabulous

What an amazing stay we enjoyed for our 1st time in Dubai. Location was excellent for exploring. Room was fabulous! 1300. Spectacular Suite on 13th floor. Views were incredible. Yes, there was construction on left side of building, but no noise from our room. All Inclusive excellent value. The staff are truly an asset to this hotel. Special mention to Saroj from Ginger Moon who made our stay extra special. Was such a pleasure to converse with you every morning.

Exceptional stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi. Adnan arranged an upgrade to a beautiful corner room with breathtaking views, and while we waited he gave us gym access to refresh. The Director of Operations, Olecia even set us up at the pool deck with complimentary cappuccinos.

Moosa made Aleena’s 50th birthday unforgettable with balloons, cake, skincare gifts, a framed photo, and a handwritten card – a truly special touch.

Thanks also to Siri, Paul, and Jad for their outstanding service including all the hotel room cleaners.

This hotel combines luxury with genuine warmth – highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at the W Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. Our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding — from the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, to the friendly and attentive staff at the swimming pool, and the exceptional service at the restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable — surprising me with balloons, a delicious cake, and warm wishes that made me feel incredibly special. It was such a thoughtful touch that I will always remember.
