Great views
Pros:

Great views from our room balcony. Walkable distance to many attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Poor security management and an unacceptable experience, especially for female travelers.
Cons:

A very bad experience staying at this hotel.

We left our luggage at the hotel in the morning before our room was ready. When we returned later, the staff had moved our luggage, and it took almost 20 minutes for them to locate and return it to us.

After that, we proceeded to check into our room, only to find that the room door had been left open. The supervisor explained that due to the humid weather in Sa Pa, it is their normal procedure to leave the room door open before guests check in.

However, when we entered the room, we were shocked to find two men inside. Although they were also hotel guests staying on the same floor, they had entered our room because it was left open. As two female guests, we felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Regardless of the reason, a guest room should never be left accessible to other guests before check-in.

We spent nearly 3 hours dealing with this issue. In the end, we requested a full refund because we had already lost all trust and confidence in the hotel's security and management.

Please be cautious, especially if you are a female traveler considering staying at this hotel!

I will not go back to Delasol Hotel.
Pros:

I like the location and the view at the breakfast area.

Cons:

We have requested for mountain views/upgrade our rooms to mountain views but were being rejected. This is my 2nd time to Delasol and this time I brought in a team of 8 pax. My team were quite disappointed.

Pros:

From the hotel, you can walk to the Moana and Sapa Plaza. You can see a beautiful mountain view while eating breakfasts.

Cons:

The laundry service is way expensive.

Nhân viên lễ tân khi khách hàng cần được hỗ trợ về đỗ xe có thái độ ko tốt. Khách du lịch không rõ về đường xá thì lại đổ cho khách ko biết xem biển báo. Nói chung sau cũng sẽ ko quay lại. Phòng thì cũng bình thường

Best thing about this hotel is the view and the older man who works late at night.
Front counter staff excellent.

Cons:

The room leaves a lot to be desired! Plastic curtain in bathroom has mould spores growing on it. The shower becomes a flood zone and is really unpleasant standing in it while showering. Housekeeping is very ordinary. Dirty cups, spoons and ice buckets left in room for days. Ended up having a collection of ice buckets. Dirty plates left on top of ashtray bin next to lift for days. Not a nice experience.
