Pros:

Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Location was great and easy to walk about town, room was large and clean and it had a big bathtub, staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We had a room on the 4th level which was noisy early morning because the restaurant and reception is above on level 5.

Good hotel with beautiful views
Pros:

-Beautiful, clean room with great views
-Staff very polite and helpful

Cons:

-Noisy, can hear everyone in the hallways and the crowds at breakfast ( 6 th floor stay)
- Could smell cigarette smoke in my room frequently coming through the vents
- Breakfast: Not enough options to accommodate a gluten allergy

A waste of money!
Pros:

The location is fine and the tour to Fansipan was well arranged by the staff.

Cons:

Do not choose this hotel! The rooms are dated, the air conditioning is noisy. The bathroom is poorly maintained. The hand shower did not work. A bathtub was installed without being sealed, causing the bathroom floor to get wet, the shower rod is loose, and there are worms and maggots crawling in the bathroom! Filthy!
Extra towels are needed daily to dry the floor and get rid of the worms.


The breakfast was bad. By 8:00/8:30 almost everything was already gone. It wasn't refilled. Tea and coffee were cold. Very little choice, especially for Western breakfast.

This calls itself a 4-star hotel, but it is worth no more than 2 stars. There are definitely better hotels to be found in Sapa than this one. A waste of money.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay!
Pros:

location is good and convenient to get food and transport easily! Even walkable distance to some of the attractions

Good stay except for minor inconvenience

Breakfast was lackluster, food wasn’t replenished quickly.
The toilet in our room seemed to be leaking and leaving a foul odour. We had to keep the bathroom closed, staff were unhelpful or didn’t understand. most likely just our room
