The reception staff, especially Liam, were so helpful and friendly. L
We had a lovely big room, comfy bed and a huge window and balcony which would have given us an amazing view if there hadn’t been so much cloud cover!
The pillows were a bit high for my personal comfort. It would have been good if there had been two to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful; lots of choice of hot food, we would have liked more choice with fruit. Soundproofing isn’t great - but perhaps we were unlucky with our noisy neighbours at 6.00am.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered tea.
The room was cold as it was located under the ground without window therefore may be was cold. The breakfast was served cold and could have been better.
The staff were lovely and helpful. Great service, room is spacious and clean. Great location. I definitely will stay again in the future.

Nice mountain view from the hotel’s restaurant and helpful staffs at the reception. Even though our room was at the lower level, it felt comfortable and clean.
Disappointing breakfast. Fried rice was hard. Sausage tasted cheap. Bacon was too salty. I have never seen a hotel serve boiled-vegetables. Staff already chasing guests to leave after the 9:30 breakfast time is over.
