Der Ausblick! Auf eigenem Balkon sitzen, mit Blick auf den Fansipan...einfach unvergesslich. Auch wenn er in Wolken gehüllt ist, trotzdem toll. Da uns der Ort gar nicht gefallen hat (in zu kurzer Zeit zu viel Häuser hochgezogen, ohne Struktur), war dieser Rückzugsort umso wichtiger :)

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen, NICHTS hat nicht gefallen.

It was a wonderful and dreamlike stay! The hotel is incredibly quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy your time, sit on the balcony, and take in the stunning views of the towering mountains and beautiful clouds. All the staff members were cooperative, and their primary focus was ensuring the guest is happy and has everything they need. I would especially like to thank Mr. Long for his assistance with my trips and for arranging a great driver. He was very attentive and constantly checked in on me. Mr. Long is incredibly friendly and speaks English fluently

The only issue is that the air conditioner is leaking water. I have already informed the reception about it

Poor security management and an unacceptable experience, especially for female travelers.
Cons:

A very bad experience staying at this hotel.

We left our luggage at the hotel in the morning before our room was ready. When we returned later, the staff had moved our luggage, and it took almost 20 minutes for them to locate and return it to us.

After that, we proceeded to check into our room, only to find that the room door had been left open. The supervisor explained that due to the humid weather in Sa Pa, it is their normal procedure to leave the room door open before guests check in.

However, when we entered the room, we were shocked to find two men inside. Although they were also hotel guests staying on the same floor, they had entered our room because it was left open. As two female guests, we felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Regardless of the reason, a guest room should never be left accessible to other guests before check-in.

We spent nearly 3 hours dealing with this issue. In the end, we requested a full refund because we had already lost all trust and confidence in the hotel's security and management.

Please be cautious, especially if you are a female traveler considering staying at this hotel!

I will not go back to Delasol Hotel.
Pros:

I like the location and the view at the breakfast area.

Cons:

We have requested for mountain views/upgrade our rooms to mountain views but were being rejected. This is my 2nd time to Delasol and this time I brought in a team of 8 pax. My team were quite disappointed.
