It’s a little hotel up a little hill from town, which is great because you’re away from the busyness and noise of town. It’s within walking distance - a three minute stroll down the hill - so you don’t need your car unless you’re going out of town. It’s a great place to watch the balloons from each morning. The room is big, comfortable and clean. We stayed three nights. Highly recommend.
Very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and great communication. The activities we booked picked us up straight from the hotel with no issues. We had room 7 with private balcony and loved it, was great having 2 windows for different views of the balloons, didn’t need to go up to the main terrace to see them. The other terrace (near reception) with the cushions and rugs got lots of sun in the afternoon and was a lovely place to sit or wait on excursions arriving. Mini bar was reasonably priced, we ended up buying drinks from there rather than at a local shop. Lovely modern design compared to other hotels in Cappadocia, we opted for a fancier hotel as we were celebrating my birthday and my partner surprised me and proposed while watching the balloons! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about it!
Nothing. Had hoped for a little surprise or personalised touch as I had noted we were celebrating my birthday, which would have been nice, but would still stay here again!

Need additional toilet paper in the bathroom instead of one roll. There were extra shampoos, conditioners, and soap.
The staff and owners were warm, attentive, and highly professional, and they genuinely wanted guests to have a great stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, with lovely views. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Only minor suggestions: the shower’s metal shampoo holder had some rust and could be replaced, and as a solo guest I initially received only one replacement towel daily (I understand the property’s conservation efforts, but an extra towel would have helped). Still highly recommended.

Fantastic location, it is 2-3mins walk to Goreme town. We could see the balloon from the property. The staffs and the bosses are wonderful people. They assisted in whatever they could. The room and toilet are big and very clean. The daily room service was perfect. I would stay there again if I visit Cappadocia.

Rooftop lounge area very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous in true Turkish style. Staff very helpful.
A touch out of the centre but no biggie. It meant that we were out of the hectic activity of the centre. In any case we walked everywhere which was easy enough.
The hotel is a boutique style hotel which is family run and everyone just makes you feel at home. The room was superb and clean. Towels and other amenities are replenished everyday. It’s very close to goreme town centre and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was all homemade and a great selection. The views are stunning from the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Naif hotel and everyone that works there- you’re all amazing.

Good location, yes you can see the hot air balloons from this hotel. Everyone was so friendly at this hotel, the ladies at the dining room, even with the language barrier we had, they always served us with smile, the owner and the receptionist, especially for Shinan, he combined friendliness with great knowledge for all the activities we needed. Last but not least, the bed was so comfortable, and they have a car park.

Forse la colazione sarebbe da variare. Fanno al momento uova fresche e se di chiede servono lo yogurt, ma per il resto tutti i prodotti sono industriali e non cambiano mai.
