Pros:

Struttura strategica posizionata sulla linea AREX diretta per gli aeroporti. Con nostra siepe abbiamo avuto un upgrade della camera ed è stato bellissimo. La camera era gigantesca, confortevole e molto accogliente. Il WC era separato dal resto del bagno (doccia con vasca, lavandino e zona trucchi). Consigliatissimo!

The dining area was lovely but breakfast food was limited and not good value for money. Couldn't even get a coffee. Poor for such a good hotel.

Huge bed 😄 and nice bathroom.

Cons:

Bad communication. We paid for the breackfast but we didnt get it… They told us that its till 10:30, but they didnt tell us that the last order is at 10… no explanation worked, not even the fact that we had a small child and that we were only 10 minutes late

Pros:

We got a room upgrade which was a very nice surprise. They are super efficient with the check-in, they also have self check in desks. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. There are nice coffee places around the area and very good bus connections to main tourist attractions.

Very pleasant and comfortable. Feels like home.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the train station and there is a direct train to Gimpo airport. Hotel looks and feels new, modern and is very clean. Stayed in a junior suite which is very spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing.
